Maxwell Hodgson managed the sale of our property and we highly recommend them, they were outstanding from our first discussion right through to the completion of our sale.
Kathryn was our main point of contact and her professionalism, knowledge of the local market and support throughout the whole process was second to none. When things got a bit challenging with the process, Kathryn would always be proactively managing the situation, moving things forward, chasing up solicitors/buyers and keeping us updated.
Max was always on hand if Kathryn was unavailable, and we valued his expertise and guidance, particularly around achieving a sensible market value and also helping to push things forward when there were delays.
The customer service and care from Maxwell Hodgson is exceptional and the best we’ve ever had from any estate agent.
Don’t waste your time with online estate agents! We made that mistake and paid the price. The service provided by Maxwell Hodgson by far exceeds what others offer.
We cannot thank Kathryn and Max enough for everything they did and we’re so glad that we chose them.

Having had a flat on the market without a successful sale for over two and a half years I engaged Maxwell Hodgson to act as agents in the spring of 2022. I immediately noticed an increase in the number of viewings and Max secured a buyer in September 2022.
Throughout the relationship all my dealings with both Max and Kathryn were friendly, professional and reassuring. As the sale moved towards completion there was a potential problem. A quick call to Kathryn and within 10 minutes all was resolved and back on track.
I can't recommend Maxwell Hodgson highly enough - and I have dealt with many Estate Agencies over the years having moved house around 15 times.

Maxwell Hodgson should be celebrated for their outstanding customer service. We have moved house nine times and have never before experienced this quality of support and communication. Moving house can be such a stressful experience, but Kathryn and Max went over and beyond to ensure both ourselves and our buyer were always in the loop and were proactive in ensuring the process was as smooth and professional as it could be. We chose Maxwell Hodgson because of the service they gave us as buyers in the previous move and we have not been disappointed. We would never consider using a different estate agent in the future and we cannot recommend them enough to anyone reading this review. No other estate agent comes close.

They showed us the house we ended up choosing and buying and they supported us all the way through to completion.
Our phone calls and emails were always answered and our queries sorted with professionalism. A huge THANK YOU to the friendly team for the quality of the services they offered us.
As a plus, there is a wide range of services available that really come in hand if you're buying a house (insurance, mortgage, conveyancing...).

Max, Katherine and Miles- what can I say other than fantastic and very professional
Always At the end of the phone and very sensitive to our personal needs
As we had father aged 90 who was selling his lifetime home , Max made him feel very comfortable straight away and father trusted him. This is quite an achievement believe me.
All through the process Max dealt with my husband and I so as not to give any unnecessary stress to father.
Overall between Max and co and myself we managed to get the sale through, after an experience with solicitors that I personally never want to experience again.
