Absolutely fabulous from start to finish!
We have just bought a house through Beadnall and Copley so we weren't the clients, yet Darcie was fantastic.
Communication was impeccable as every email / phone call was answered quickly. Darcie also explained the process and made everything as easy as possible.
If we ever need to sell, I would use Beadnall and Copley myself and would highly recommend them to others!

We recently sold our house through Beadnall Copley in Wetherby and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The communication, professionalism and honesty was outstanding, which for us was key. Darcie’s knowledge of the whole chain was incredible and she made us feel at ease and totally confident every step of the way.
We were always kept in the loop… if we phoned, someone would pick up, if we emailed we would get a reply, it was the little things that made a big difference. ??????????

Their professionalism and experience is invaluable - especially at a really stressful time. We have used Beadnall's twice and will use them again.
Darcie, Stacey and the team really did go above and beyond. Their positivity and efficiency kept us sane through some really worrying times. We knew everything was always in hand and being dealt with in the best way possible.

Went above and beyond on a very stressful and time sensitive move. One thing I've learned is that estate agents can't be automated. We used Purple Bricks who were dire and the vendors were using Beadnall Copley. We weren't even their clients and Darcie & co couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend and if we sell in the future, we'll be using them.

With the housing market going through difficult times we decided to go down the rental route for our vacated property and were hugely impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of Donna, Amy and the rest of the team at Beadnall Copley, who had all the right contacts to sort out the required certification and to find us a tenant. They have excellent people skills and their communication is particularly impressive and we were kept in the loop throughout. When the time is right we will definitely be using Beadnall and Copley to put the house back on the market.

We were generally very pleased with the service we received from Beadnall Copley. Stacey and the staff in the Wetherby office were very professional. I did sometimes think they were on the side of the purchasers rather than the vendors. However, it all ended up satisfactorily and I would be happy to use them again.

We had to sell my dad's home after his death. It was emotional as he had lived there with my mum for 47 years. It was also looking dilapidated through lack of care. B&C took care of us as a family, maxed the potential of the house and found a lovely new family to call it their "forever home".

Very disappointed with Beadnall’s performance, or lack thereof, in selling our house. During the 7 weeks they had the property registered, not a single viewing. Two months wasted. Very poor.

A truly awful experience with Beadnall Copley from start to finish and, in my opinion, quite possibly one of the most unprofessional organisations I have ever encountered. How they appear to have such a large share of the market is truly beyond me. After renting a property through Beadnall for 30 months, in addition to attempting to view/purchase our own property during this time the comedy of errors included: being provide with the wrong keys to our rental (removal men left waiting outside / no apology); being refused access to view properties that we were considering purchasing only to then evict our young family with the minimum of notice over Christmas; listing our rental property for sale without pictures (thus subjecting us to countless unnecessary viewings) and spurious claims against our tenancy deposit – including a £140 charge for gutter-cleaning when the tenancy agreement specifically identified this as a responsibility of the landlord (a view agreed by the DPS). Fortunately we have now found a new home but should the need arise I WOULD NEVER USE BEADNALL COPLEY IN ANY CAPACITY AGAIN.

I received an accurate and honest valuation and agreed a sale quickly, at the best price.
