This company allowed their client to get to moving date without doing their due diligence and properly verifying the source of funds, resulting in postponing the move date by 3 days for all 7 people in the chain.<br>This happened on the day the move was supposed to take place, weeks after everyone was in a legal binding contract!<br>Please avoid at all costs!

I have no hesitation in recommending McDougall McQueen if you are looking to sell your home.<br><br>My initial contact was with Sylvia at McDougall McQueen who managed the all the processes involved in marketing, viewings and finding the right buyer.<br><br>Conveyancing was handled by Bobby Fife with my sale completed within 7 weeks!<br><br>I have been very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism, and really appreciated their advice and efficiency.<br><br>Communication was fantastic throughout. A speedy response to any queries I had, and frequent updates to what was going on.<br><br>Would absolutely look to Sylvia and McDougall McQueen if I was looking to buy or sell in the future.

The whole team at McDougall McQueen have been superb as we moved from England to Scotland, handling the bidding process and helping us navigate the different systems when we came to purchase. Special mention to Olivia, who was a calm and reassuring presence during a stressful time!
