We've been wasting our time since September, sending them emails, downloading to the lifequay all necessary documents, passports etc in connection with the purchase of our new house. Now eventually we have to proceed with booking deposit, but unfortunately we couldn't get thought the person who is dealing with new build properties since 21 of October. No emails, reply's or whatever. Isn't a good time now to start looking for another solicitors company one week before Christmas. This is our very disappointing customer service experience.
