I recently sold my house and bought another property, using McDougall McQueen for both transactions. The estate agent, Sylvia Kuzminski, was excellent and I received an offer on my house within just a few days. The conveyancing on both my sale and onward purchase was handled by Susan Oates, who was just amazing throughout. She was professional and efficient, moving the process along and chasing up the other solicitors to minimise delays. She kept me in the loop every step of the way so I was never left wondering what was happening. Susan was also just lovely and kind - she explained things very clearly and provided reassurance whenever I felt worried about how things were progressing. I felt my sale and purchase were in the best hands - thank you!
