I went with O’Riordan Bond as nearly every board I saw had SOLD splashed across it. Aidan was the man who got things done. Professional and courteous, he was a pleasure to work with.
Kudos to Dan for going the extra mile and calling me on a Sunday about an offer and it was Georgia who got us through the final offer to exchange stage. Again, she was lovely throughout and made things happen when a push was needed.
Our dream move to Somerset nears and we literally couldn’t have navigated these, at times, complicated waters without the support of the team at ORB Grange Park.
With a business model that leverages the high number of offices they have in the town, it is definitely a significant competitive advantage that was a key factor in our property finding a suitable buyer.
I can highly recommend them and, if you need convincing, just look at how many of their FOR SALE boards actually still say FOR SALE next time you are out! (most will say SOLD).

I had a challenging experience with this letting agent. Throughout my tenancy, I maintained the property well, and inspections never raised any concerns. However, after moving out, they claimed my full deposit without prior discussion, later reducing it after I questioned it. The landlord had assured me that no painting was required, but this changed after I returned the keys. There were also multiple unannounced viewings and delays in addressing important safety issues. I wish the process had been more transparent and fair. I hope future tenants have a smoother experience.

O'Riordan Bond have managed my rental property for circa 10 years now and what I've loved about them is how fair and just they are to both tenant and landlord. A massive shout out goes to Paige, who has worked her socks off for me over the years. Nothing has been too much trouble, any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and with no fuss and what she doesn't know about BTL regulations and the latest market trends just isn't worth knowing. If you have a rental property and you're looking for a friendly yet professional agency, I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.

After some pretty poor service from other agents and being on the market for 15 months, I spoke to Luke Bandey who was exactly what I needed… someone who was direct, and told me everything I needed to know about my property and within 3 months it was sold.
Having now exchanged almost completed I have to give a special mention to Georgia Smith who was outstanding, so thorough and on the ball with everything. When solicitors slowed things down Georgia was there talking to all parties and I truly believe it would have taken longer to get here had it not been for her work. Would definitely recommend

I'm sold . I tried to book to see some properties with agent via Rightmove over the past two weeks. No replies at all. No contact either. I call to book a property which I was really interested too. Said will call back but surprise surprise nothing. This specific branch are simply shambles. If you think of selling think twice before instruct them. You may think no viewers maybe the problem might be the agent. Think twice ...they have 1 simple job. With fees they charge a better service should be provided.
Just saying they been the worst I come across in Northampton.
Ps other branch I contact was fine. However said I will need to contact this one.

10/10 service from O'Riordan Bond. The whole process we have been supported as first time buyers from start to finish.
1. After viewing the property we had an appointment arranged with the morgage advice bureau. Which gave us insight that the property we were interested in was a reality to make an offer.
2. We were recommended Key Conveyancing as our solicitor, which have been spotless to progress the sale.
3. Our client care manager was Jo and she has been amazing. The customer service was excellent, clear communication, quick responces and transparency. I genuinely felt she was just as excited as us!
4. They have been flexible and helpful through to consider our availability (due to work) and notice period (we rent) with finalising dates.
5. The whole process took 7 weeks to complete!
Would highly recommend and thankful for the level of service. All we need to do is collect the keys ????

I recently bought a house in Grange Park which sadly was sold by the local Oriordan Bond Estate Agents. I would say the sale happened despite of them rather than because of them.
From start to finish of the WHOLE process they were poor at best, then a couple of weeks before we were due to move in, I wanted to visit the property in order to get quotes. I emailed them once, got no reply, so called them and was promised they would contact the vendors to arrange, nothing happened, so I called AGAIN. Same promise, same outcome. I got the impression that as the sale was a done deal they no longer cared.
I eventually put a note through the vendors door asking if they could contact me directly….they did and could not have been more helpful but also said they’d heard nothing from Oriordan Bond.
We compared notes with the whole process which was enlightening.
I highly recommend you DO NOT use them to sell your house!
Note to Oriordan Bond….contact Urban & Rural MK and gain advise how best practice is delivered and change everything you do to be more like them.

Go anywhere but here. Paige is disgusting and puts young mothers and their children in danger unnecessarily when knowing and being warned of safeguarding issues that have happened . The absolute worst estage agents I have ever come across. We were ignored with our concerns and certain staff were extremely rude. We were left without regulated hot water or an oven that worked for months as well as leaks and mould in the property that were never resolved despite asking for help on multiple occasions. They only caused us stress but eventually we won our fight with our deposit after taking it to the judicator. Please avoid this company.

After paying holding deposit I did a follow up almost every day. And they tell 3 days prior to our move in that property is not fit to move in. They had lot of time to do their formalities (more than 15 days) .Oriordan Bond made our life hell for 15 days.
Worst customer service, no one will reply to your email.
People in the office have no idea of what’s happening. Everyone speaks different, they don’t have communication amongst themselves. No idea what do they do.
Unfortunately I checked the reviews only after paying holding deposit.

If you are thinking of letting from these agents, I would strongly advise you not too and if you are considering letting from them, you read this review and their online reviews from landlords and tenants before you do so. This may be long winded, but I need to share my opinion. If I can help old / current & new tenants and landlords, then my job has been completed. They are the most useless letting agents that we have ever dealt with. We won our fight eventually by going through to the property ombudsman! (Not even worth one star!)

Absolutely shocking customer service. One of the sales reps lied saying parking came with the property and I got a £60 parking ticket in my own building's car park. When I called to complain staff were rude and told me they couldn't help me. Wouldn't recommend to anyone - if you have a problem, they won't be sorting it out.
