We had a really good experience selling our property with MiHome. All of the team were friendly, helpful and professional. Rachael was brilliant and her experience and knowledge gave us confidence in her suggested asking price. The lovely photos and description showed our home in a realistic and positive light. We had three viewings and two offers. Nothing was too much trouble for the team - they helped us when we had a slight issue with the house we were buying even though it was out of their area! We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Appalling customer service. The agents were disorganised, passing us from one agent to the other, after making an offer, keeping us hanging on whilst they contacted another buyer that had been interested weeks ago and having the other buyer Gazumping us, they made excuses when we contacted them. The whole process felt manipulative and unethical. Felt like a game this is peoples life’s what you are dealing with. Would not recommend Mi homes kirkham. Definitely Avoiding looking at other houses that are up with thus company..

I would highly recommend Mi Home, Lisa, Jo and Rachel have all been amazing. Jo was amazing from the minute we first met him nothing was ever to much trouble for him. Lisa and Rachel were amazing. Lisa would always try to make herself available to take a call, and if she couldn't take the call she always call me back that same day. You have a great office there, and everyone is so friendly. It was stressful at times particularly on the day of the move, but Mi Home really couldn't have done any more than you did. We can't thank you enough for all that you did. You always made the time to call back and kept us updated.
I would recommend anymore to use Mi Home, honest and friendly staff who always have a smile on their face, and nothing is ever to much trouble.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, with a serious lack of communication throughout. Special mention to Iain, whose response when I made an offer was, “Well, we’ll put it to the vendor because we have to.” Honestly shocking. After this experience, I would never buy or sell with Mi Homes and wouldn’t recommend that anyone else does either.

Rachael and the Team at Mi Home are great. The housing market is a challenging one at the moment with many people simply living in cloud cuckoo land! Mi Home cut through the rubbish. You are able to have an honest conversation with them and in return you get sound, fair and honest advice back. They are also "real people" with their finger on the pulse of local supply and demand. Whilst our sale took longer than expected, this was entirely down to the uneducated general public despite the very best efforts of Mi Home. They are not magicians but the next best thing!

The staff at the Kirkham branch have been wonderful. Predominantly we dealt with the same person which was great for continuity. When occasionally liaising with other members of their team, they maintained high professional standards in an approachable and polite manner at all times. As it was the first time we sold a property we had plenty of questions. These were all managed in a timely fashion whether in person, on the phone or via e-mail. They responded with your preferred method of communication. MI HOME staff were very considerate when arranging viewings around our work schedules and the arrival of a new baby. This was very much appreciated. Lisa and Rachael provided further solid support when we were struggling with our solicitors. Their vast amount of experience and underpinning knowledge was evident and installed further confidence to use their services again should we require them. Can't praise mi homes in Kirkham enough. Even our solicitor had nothing but praise from them. With our sale, they offered reasonable advise at what price to market our house. They were then able to negotiate with buyers the best price. When a sale was agreed, they kept us updated on a regular basis, on how the sale was going. Lisa and the team were friendly and didn't appear to mind us popping into the shop for updates, nothing was too much trouble. Highly reconmended.

We found dealing with Mi Home to sell our home quite stressful. They have no idea how to value a property, overpriced ours by 10k, and several we viewed we're overpriced also.
When our house was up for sale we had numerous calls in a day to both me and my wife from different people, none knowing what the other had called for - very disorganised and wasted time. They allowed people to have second viewings during Covid who then put in offers lower than we'd already had.
When we then sold they seemed to forget who's estate agent they were and worked more in favour of our buyer than ourselves.
Will never use again.

Would just endorse everything Joanne Hughes has said in her review. Lisa and everyone at Mi Home were far more helpful than our estate agents, they even offered to phone people ( and did) regarding our sale which wasn't going through with them. Just wish we'd known how great the team is before we marketed our sale with another estate agents not a million miles from Mi home office.
