Working with the organisation has really been five star, renting my old home in NW whilst I care for my parents down South has been very good and any issues / problems that occur Harbour Properties go up and beyond to fix issue(s). At each change of tenant they review the property for any repairs needed ( they also do annual checks ) and draw up the necessary Landlord - Tenancy paper work - saving £thousands on solicitor's fees.- Although It is a Must for Sub/Landlords to have Full Landlord Insurance (Contents) and also make sure of Building cover. (Most Apartments belong to housing Association - so should be covered). Again mirroring a previous reviewer "The actually supported the whole family to enable this to happen and some of us are remote and don’t even live in Preston!!".... I have only dealt with Harbour on the Rental side of things but may cover a purchase of a property of my own in the future and if this is the situation I should imagine that Harbour would help me fully in this regard and also the situation in regard to my rental property. One of the worst estate agents we have ever dealt with. Didn't help push the property sale and were working more for the buyer than the seller. Would not recommend Harbour Properties to anyone! Unless you want to be met by arrogant and rude staff. Turn up to inspections and never note anything down, no one knows what anyone else is doing, communicating with them is horrendous.... Read more
