They are not reliable, and I have lost my trust in them. They are not there to help you buy a property; they are only interested in their own gain. No other estate agency behaves the way this company does. I am writing this to inform future buyers about what they can expect from this company.

Worst experience of any letting agency I have dealt with over 25 years. They could not even handle a basic viewing with courtesy and professionalism. I was waiting outside vacant property for 20 mins, the vendor's rep was inside, not visible or looking out for me! (It was obviously my fault!) Property was then let within 24 hrs without any further communication with me. I put in my application online extremely promptly providing more info than was requested, but clearly anyone retired, despite their circumstances, is of no interest. A word to the wise: A more professional appearance and manner much required (and that comes from an ex sales negotiator of 20 years in Sussex - myself!).

Harbour Properties is an exceptional business who rent out several properties for us.
The staff are always professional and helpful.
If we have any problems with any of our properties the staff at Harbour Properties immediately sort it out.
They regularly check our properties and give us an updated report.
We have used Harbour Properties for a long time and would highly recommend them. They give you the feeling that your property is in good hands.

Working with the organisation has really been five star, renting my old home in NW whilst I care for my parents down South has been very good and any issues / problems that occur Harbour Properties go up and beyond to fix issue(s).
At each change of tenant they review the property for any repairs needed ( they also do annual checks ) and draw up the necessary Landlord - Tenancy paper work - saving £thousands on solicitor's fees.- Although It is a Must for Sub/Landlords to have Full Landlord Insurance (Contents) and also make sure of Building cover. (Most Apartments belong to housing Association - so should be covered).
Again mirroring a previous reviewer "The actually supported the whole family to enable this to happen and some of us are remote and don’t even live in Preston!!"....
I have only dealt with Harbour on the Rental side of things but may cover a purchase of a property of my own in the future and if this is the situation I should imagine that Harbour would help me fully in this regard and also the situation in regard to my rental property.
I can highly recommend these guys and a heartfelt thank you from me David, Mum and my sister Alex.

One of the worst estate agents we have ever dealt with. Didn't help push the property sale and were working more for the buyer than the seller. Not professional and just forget about us and our house. Glad we paid to get out of the contract with them and sold our house 2 days later. I'd personally avoid!

From start to completion everything went smoothly, no hassle,I was kept informed at all times where we was and what was happening,Hollie was so helpful and made everything easy at such a difficult time. I would definitely recommend Harbour properties.

Would not recommend Harbour Properties to anyone! Unless you want to be met by arrogant and rude staff.
Turn up to inspections and never note anything down, no one knows what anyone else is doing, communicating with them is horrendous.

Harbour Properties have managed my property for many years and also the sale of the property. They have been very professional and have always found great tenants. The house sale was dealt with smoothly and any issues raised were dealt with quickly. I would definately use them again if needed in the future.
