Very poor service. We had an offer accepted for a commercial property and were told we are good to "proceed" and allowed our builders to check the property to decide on final design, leading us on to withdrawing our other offers. We were then told there's multiple offers and the "landlord" is yet to decide. False hope and promises. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Excellent local agency to work with for offices and commercial property. Straight forward professional advice from both Martin and David, also friendly service and they worked hard to match tenants and landlord. After a stint with another agency who sent me time wasters, Michael Berman were the only agents that agreed to list multiple possible combinations of a unit including splitting the unit to get more enquiries from offices during Covid, and that split of office worked and now have both tenants in. I’m happy now, the tenants happy, the agents are happy. We are all happy. MB will now be my first agency for commercial prop in future.... Read more
