Officially on 21 days of no hot water with 1 baby and 1 sen 4 year old. And it’s still only a “hopefully” be sorted today which I’ve heard on repeat for weeks now.
Definitely do not recommend this letting agent in any shape or form. Would give zero stars if possible disappointed I even have to give one.

What an absolute joke of an Estate agents. Rented a bed sit in Barnstaple riddled with Damp & Mould they couldn’t care less just wanted to paint over it which wouldn’t fix the issue at all. and expected me to pay nearly £400 pcm never again will I sent from these clowns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have dealt with midwinter korval for over 2 years.
We have a block of flats they manage.
They are professional and detailed in everything they do.
We are very happy with their service.
All their staff are excellent and they have excellent trades people.
