Excellent service from Stirling Ackroyd. Marcus took his time to show me properties to rent. He even arranged viewing appointments as per my convenience. I had to commute all the way from East london. Giving consideration, he lined up a few properties I might be interested to rent. Though in the end, I did not find my ideal lettings property via them, still i would strongly recommend them if you are in search for a property to rent . I am sure you will get the same quality for Sales also.

Not only did they very speedily find me ideal tenants, their communications with me throughout were second to none. I have been a landlord for over 30 years and have no hesitation in recommending them. Honor, their Lettings Director, went out of her way to visit me and the property, on a number of occasions which

I am writing this review in relation to the house we bought through Townend estate agents. Whilst searching for our first property we have found quite a few estate agents very unhelpful, rude and incompetent. Townend is just opposite.
They are quick, to the point and fair in negotiations.
They provided multiple viewings before making the offer. Chased with the solicitors of both sides ensuring there is no unnecessary delays.
I am also satisfied with their in-house financial brokers. I found them very competitive comparing to high street banks. In about 2 months we completed our sale and stepped in our own house. Hurray!!!
I thank Harry, Richard and Damian for their genuine help throughout the process.

We have just started our new home search and contacted town ends - Harry and Richard are simply THE BEST in their areas of proficiency and the service levels are the best in our whole experience in the UK.
I see that there are quite a few reviews with detailed information about the excellent service that they are offering similar to what we got and thus making town ends proud of having such assets.

I purchased my property with Townends (Whitton branch) and I can highly recommend it. The process was smooth and as stress free as the staff could make it. Sharon, Harry and Damian were attentive and professional at all times. Being a chain free property also smoothed the process markedly and if you do not have the time or knowledge about mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors, they will offer you some professionals and companies and ease up the process.
The only issues I would like to point out was that I always managed to view the property immediately before agreeing to buy it. However, when the surveyor report came and I wanted to take a builder to view the house and give me a quote of how much it would cost, it did take longer to get a viewing. Also, the previous owner misplaced the garage keys and I was told several times they would get them at some point. After I transferred the money and I was legally bound to get the property, I was told that the owner had lost the keys! I know it was the owner’s responsibility, but I would have expected Townends to insist about it. Luckily when I finally managed to open the garage it was empty! I was terrified of finding lots of rubbish inside.
I would have scored the highest number, but only due to those minor issues, I have given it a four. Yet, if you find your dream house, do choose Townends. They will help you make your dream come true!

Townends in Whitton has been an excellent choice for selling 2 properties. The service and communication is beyond excellent both properties sold quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend Townends Whitton to anyone looking in the area. I spoke with Harry in regards to my search for a property, I was informed being FTB of the no stamp duty regulation for anything up to 300k that came in back end of last year which I was not aware of. He has also offered me all the services you would want when buying a house I.e mortgage advice, panel of solicitors at reasonable rates and also surveying company. Great service and when the one comes to me purchasing I will definitely be in touch with Harry.

Harry Yates, was always at the other end of the phone whenever we needed him. He guided us easily through the whole process, as he clearly knows how to sell a property and his knowledge was second to none.
I wouldn't be surprised if Harry was promoted very quickly through the ranks as found him to be a real credit to Townsends and the main reason I would recommended them as the go to Estate Agents to family and friends in the future.

I'm currently looking for my first home and have recently spoken with the Townends in the Whitton area as I wanted to get some information about the whole process. After speaking with Harry i gained a good insight into the market which was very helpful i was then passed on to their financial services team and spoke to a man named Richard who also gave me a good insight into mortgages and all the other fees that come with buying home. Harry then followed with a quote which detailed all the charges from solicitors this was good because it gave me an idea on the kind of figures i could be paying.
I'd highly recommend contacting this company as you get a lot of good information which is explained very well which was very beneficial for me.

An experience of a lifetime and what a great one it was! what was a thought was miraculously turned into reality just because of the intervention of the wonderful agents from Townends, namely the Whitton branch....
I only made a query online to try and get a valuation on our Flat in Hounslow in case we decided to sell and relocate... in fact as a family we discussed it but was never sure how to proceed.
Then i was contacted not long afterwards by Sharon Sheehy, one of the most amazing real estate agent I have ever met and she decided that if we so desired she could discuss the whole process with us and take us through it painlessly when we have decided.
Curiosity got the better of me so my wife and I decided that we will give it a go and see where it leads. Well what an experience! If i didn't believe in miracles before i have started believing now as this lady seemed to have a magic wand. She brought all the right people on board, and in no time the property was valuated, put on the market and sold.
We concluded that Sharon Sheehy, Richard Evans and a most wonderful financial adviser /mentor Paul Petruzziello as the best 3 combination for the greatest miracle of or life experience.

As a first time Landlord who had heard alot of bad experiences friends have had with other letting agents, i have to say the service from Townends in Whitton was first class ! Rebecca made the whole process very easy, listened to my concerns regarding tennants, and found me the perfect tennant within a week. Also i found their fees to be very competitive, with different letting options to suit your needs .
