From start to finish, Nicole & Sally at Mint Homes were excellent. We were referred to them by our close friends and could not be happier with the service we received. Starting with some excellent marketing, they generated lots of interest and arranged some really early viewings, with a sale agreed within a week. Nicole was then absolutely fantastic at communicating with us both, and also up the chain to smooth out any issues that often arise when selling a property. They are highly professional, honest, friendly and also follow through with their promises - which is all too rare in an estate agent. Ah, where to start! Both Nicole and Sally were fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough, especially if you’re looking to sell your property. They’re professional, knowledgeable and bring tons of energy/enthusiasm. Mint has been 100% perfect throughout our move. A breath of fresh air compared to bigger estate agencies. The property listing was eye catching and helped us to stand out from the crowd. Once viewings began, the marketing of our house was A1. Immediate feedback was provided after every viewing via a WhatsApp group and we went under offer in about a week. Thereafter they helped us to manage a long chain which was invaluable. They were always available via the WhatsApp group and I suspect that without Mint’s involvement, the chain wouldn’t have reached completion.
