I cannot speak highly enough about Morgan’s of Cheshire and their team. Big shout out to Davina! My purchase was far from easy due to bullying tactics from Alwyn House Builders who my sellers were buying from. They gave us 1 working days notice to complete otherwise they would resell the house my sellers were buying! However, Morgans were incredible despite the extreme stress surrounding the situation and their communication and commitment to me and the other people concerned in this chain went above and beyond. I have bought and sold a number of houses and have never come across this level of professionalism before. They are a credit to the business and I would not hesitate to use them again for buying and selling.

House put on market without hassle, buyer found without problem. Apart from problems due to my circumstances sale progressed quickly. Extremely helpful, professional and very friendly. Also use of their van to help moving was a wonderful bonus. If in that situation again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, thank you.

Morgans of Cheshire went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. The team are professional, diligent, efficient, always take initiative to get in touch with updates and are excellent at getting updates from solicitors as well. We had a long delay to completion due to timelines for completion on our new build but they kept in touch throughout (thank you for your patience!) I really could not fault them at all and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. A fantastic team, thanks again!

We cannot recommend Morgan’s highly enough! Excellent service, brilliant staff! We had an exceptionally challenging and frustrating chain and Morgan’s did not let up once in chasing and resolving issues. This is where a good estate agent really earns their money and they really did. The advertising was equally excellent and got us a sale within days. Fantastic!
