I chose Morris and Mennie as they were top of GetAgents list, and their commission was competitive. Two neighbours had said this agent had a reputation for selling cheap and fast. This was a huge positive and was exactly what we required. The agent did all the usual things you'd expect an agent to do to market the property. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad. I must commend the agent for there not being any no shows. Every single one of the 26 viewers turned up. I would recommend Morris and Mennie. They were professional and efficient.... Read more

Not impressed. Staff very young and thus not experienced, came across as more focused on their appearance than getting a buyer for our property. The valuation wasn't accurate which resulted in a longer period on the market which is not something we wanted.... Read more
