Absolutely disgusting company only bothered about the money they can make so we lost everything in a house fire and we are looking for a home asap we put holding deposit down on a property and found something we can move into within the week this one we put deposit down for we had to wait till 26th September whitch Is a long way away to be sleeping on sofas with a young family 2 children so we found a property and asked them considering the circumstances could we get are holding deposit back as we really need to be in a house sooner for them to say no that is what holding deposit is for yes I get that but under the circumstances you would expect a bit off leeway so as for a company not very considerate for others and just out to feed there own greed stay clear off these day light robbers

Emily is absolutely fantastic! Me and my young family found ourselves in a homeless situation for about 8 months through no fault of our own, we called up about every house that was available, in what feels like the whole of Lincolnshire! Couldn’t get anywhere because at the time we was relying on UC and was discriminated against. Emily right from the first conversation I had with her about my situation was empathetic, polite, non discriminate and was the first letting agent that made me feel like an actual human being. She is amazing with quick replies to all of your questions/queries, not to mention the outstanding dedication to her job, clearly passionate about helping people. Couldn’t recommend her enough. If your lucky enough to get Emily as your letting agent, then just know you are in for a friendly/easygoing journey to find your new home. Such a fantastic woman! :) x

Would not let this company rent a garden shed been with hill and Clark years but when leaders took over mislead me with rented house rather give tenant more advice than landlord.
Moved all my property away then they come back saying can do 8% if they that good should of offered from day 1.
The manager who sorted contract even left company couldn’t explain why I been let down.
Definitely avoid to save hassle.
Been told they keep in touch how things progress still no phone email for 5 months guess I’m no body now as they not making money of me.
Surprise a reply I did put in a formal complaint to leaders but just got email saying as if my fault so your problem ,
End off.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Emily, she gave me as much detail as she could about the property, managed to get in a few laughs, as I'm a big talker, and do sometimes tend to ramble. Couldn't fault the service provided by Emily at Hill and Clark. Lovely lady. Very easy, quick process and informative. Also having the option of no deposit meant that we could move quicker than originally planned and in our ideal location. We all had to have some imagination with our property due to the previous tenants and we do still have some ongoing issues with the property which i have no doubt Hill & Clark will help get sorted for us. Only suggestion i would probably make to them is to inspect the properties after works have been carried out and before the tenant moves in to make sure the work they requested has been done or to have a 'check in' done with the new tenants as well as the check out, if they can. I Would recommend this agency to others.

We were asked to re-view a Spalding property after the first buyer pulled out. Our subsequent offer although accepted and subject to a roof report, was not good enough to have the home taken off the market unless we sold our home through Hill & Clark. To add insult to injury and after we told H&C we had our own first time buyer confirmed, we were then told to increase our offer. Finally we were told our chain was to long. What chain, we had one first time buyer. We have been strung along because we wouldn't sell through Hill and Clark. A truly terrible experience.

I recently contacted Hill & Clark to enquire about any properties in the area that may suit my requirements should I need to relocate for work. I often find that estate agents can be a little bit pushy to book in viewings which can be off putting, but the lady I dealt with who I believe was called Emily was so kind and went above and beyond to help me without any expectations. She was attentive and listened to what I needed without being pushy and contacted me when it was convenient which was nice. I will definitely be using Hill & Clark in future and Emily is a credit to the company.

I have used Hill & Clark to let out my property for the past 12 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they found tenants for the property very quickly. The whole of the lettings team are very professional, friendly and organised especially Jayne who is always quick to respond and has organised numerous repairs over the years.
