This post ISNT anything against Movemakers our house is up for sale with them at the moment, if you have to get an EPC certificate, DO NOT GO WITH ANDREW HURST , from Hurst letting south Elmsall , He gave us a terrible score which is not true , or EPC Originally was 76 , and nothing has changed , and he kindly gave us a 48 , totally ridiculous, phoned him up , complete arrogance, and then he put the phone down on us , Avoid him for your own sake .... They are supposed to be a management company, which looks after rental properties . That what they were paid to do by my father. They never checked on the property, as per the contract. They did not do an inventory, before or after each tenant. The following damage was never reported or picked up on. Damaged doors, fireplace, cracked toilet cystern. Condemned gas fire. Locks changed and no keys handed over. Broken garage door. They do favours for mates, ie not take a full bond. They lined their pockets and did absolutely nothing. They could not run a bath, let alone a company they cant be trusted... Read more
