Been trying to get a hold of them for a viewing for a last few weeks and no one is picking up.
Previously called them for another house and they actually picked up but the viewing times were very limited.

Didn't let me book a viewing because they thought I couldn't get a mortgage because I'm a first time buyer.......without asking any questions about my financial situation. Very presumptive and quite incorrect

We used MoveOn for the sale of our property in Breightmet. Not only was their pricing competitive in comparison to the other local agents, their marketing strategies were different to the rest of the competition. The valuer was confident he could achieve what he suggested and did exactly that. Our first buyer fell through and he handled the whole process finding someone else with a week. The buyers solicitors and people further down the chain held things up a little but MoveOn managed the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

i have sold two of my properties with Move on, both properties where sold really quickly. They charge a fixed fee which includes the solicitors fees. They took care of everything and once i had accepted an offer the process went through quickly.

We used Move on estate agents to sell our house in Ramsbottom, we where on with another agent and changed to to Move on. We accepted offer within 3 weeks, they had a special deal on that included Solicitors Fees saved our-self around £2000 compared to the agent we where with before.

I sold my house with move estate agents last year, they where amazing. I booked a valuation online, Rhyan turned up and took me through the different options. I went for the option with the free legals, my house went on the market that day. I had a few viewings but didn’t get the offer I wanted until the 3rd week. Once the offer was accept it went through very quickly, I received the paperwork from the solicitor by email on the day the offer was accepted . The llegal process took around 4 weeks as he was a cash buyer which made it a lot quicker.

Sold and bought a house through Move On and i thought the process was really quick and stress free. I chose there online estate agency package which only costs £995 to sell my house. Other companies wanted close to £3,000 which was ridiculous. BIG Thank you to Sarah who was always on hand to help with any questions i had. Thanks again and i highly recomend this company :)
