Managing Agents for the development I have owned an Apartment 34 years. Total nightmare cause so much stress on everything the do and can not sort out the basics like cleaning out the guttering. Dredfull lack of communications with owners.

The man I spoke too was rude and unhelpful didn't point me in the right direction of who I needed too phone next! Spoke to me in a sarcastic tone terrible customer service will not be phoning these people again!

Sent me a bill for over £300 in unpaid service charges that I didn't owe! As usual for an agent, they take the money (for doing very little) but none of the responsibility.
Edit: Once again, they have invoiced me for service charges that I simply do not owe! Their incompetence knows no bounds.
