Terrible estate agent. House was infested with rodents and failed to help. Had to report him to the local authority. made jokes about the situation. Terrible estate agent. House was infested with rodents and failed to help. Had to report him to the local authority. Posted chocolate through the letterbox twice (mouse food) made jokes about the situation. Ended up in court with the owner and won. He maliciously sought a ccj for money he was not owed and I got this claim thrown out. Do not use Muskaan Estates. They have a debenture associated with them, they are in debt, they will rob you and do anything to give you a ccj to show that they are owed money!... Read more
