Me and my Partner would really like to thank Mohammed for helping us on our renting journey. He was quick, efficient and has made the process of renting feel so easy. He has really eased a lot of stresses that comes with finding/renting a property, has communicated with us every step of the way and listened to every query we had.
To put into perspective, Me and my Partner had viewed a property on the Thursday and by the following Wednesday, we were able to pick up the keys to our rental property.

I have bought properties and worked with various estate agents across the board, this has to be one of the worst in Bearwood, no call backs on properties I want to view, they not fussed in selling. RUBBISH.

Connells Bearwood Estate Agents provided me with a five-star service from start to finish to assist me with my current tenancy in Birmingham.
Special mentions to Lillie and Mohammed for letting me view the property promptly, clarifying any questions I had, and guiding me through the application process. The whole process was simple, swift and I was able to move into my new home in just over a week!

I am not the one to leave bad reviews normally, but this place is asking for it.
This agency is currently holding on to my deposit money from a previous tenancy for no reason. House left clean, rent paid always in time or in advance, landlord agreed to repayment of the deposit and e-mailed them about it.
They are not replying to the listed e-mails. I have managed to get in contact with a nice employee from lettings, but they have no idea what is going on, apparently there is a `Deposits Department` somewhere who does not agree to release my money because of various inexistent reasons that nobody knows.
They even said I was behind with my rent payments, which is untrue (otherwise I wouldn't be coming here to moan about it, would I?)
Most likely they are making money from savings accounts and are using these dirty tactics to keep the money as long as possible and receive interest on it - I will make sure to expose them if this is the case.
LATER EDIT: As you can see, Connells replied below. - I did email them, no reply, of course. They replied to this review just for show!
My deposit has not been returned still and no explanation provided!
LATER EDIT 2: 4th of January - money has still not been returned, although at some point in December they said they did send it.
