I am not the one to leave bad reviews normally, but this place is asking for it.
This agency is currently holding on to my deposit money from a previous tenancy for no reason. House left clean, rent paid always in time or in advance, landlord agreed to repayment of the deposit and e-mailed them about it.
They are not replying to the listed e-mails. I have managed to get in contact with a nice employee from lettings, but they have no idea what is going on, apparently there is a `Deposits Department` somewhere who does not agree to release my money because of various inexistent reasons that nobody knows.
They even said I was behind with my rent payments, which is untrue (otherwise I wouldn't be coming here to moan about it, would I?)
Most likely they are making money from savings accounts and are using these dirty tactics to keep the money as long as possible and receive interest on it - I will make sure to expose them if this is the case.
LATER EDIT: As you can see, Connells replied below. - I did email them, no reply, of course. They replied to this review just for show!
My deposit has not been returned still and no explanation provided!
LATER EDIT 2: 4th of January - money has still not been returned, although at some point in December they said they did send it.

1st time Buyer;
Ehiya Ahmed - one of the best mortgage advisors I've come across, He really helped with everything which wasn't part of his job. 100% recommend him if anyones looking to mortgage or need mortgage advise.
Rest of the Team Members were ok, as mostly they never updated me with anything even after telling me they'll update me on some concerns I've had, untill I spam them with emails or calls.
Overall, a great experience.
