I had an excellent experience with Meridian Estates. During the time my property was managed by them, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Even when the tenant vacated, they ensured the entire process was incredibly smooth, including resolving deposit issues without any hassle.
I’d particularly like to commend Sardar Tahir, who was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout. His dedication and support made the whole experience completely stress-free. I rented a house from them, everything was fine, but after a year, mold and a damp smell appeared in the house. I turned to them, and they said that they would solve this problem themselves, although this is their task. As a result, we decided to just move out and found another house. Fortunately, at least the deposit was returned.

10/10 reccomend. Staff are amazing I managed to get in the house in just 1 week, they were so helpful and answered all my questions. As a newcomer to Birmingham I am fully satisfied with the service. They help about maintenance too, washing machine was not working and they changed it for a brand New one in 2 days. Can't reccomend enough, bless you ????

This is indeed the worst property agency you could rent or buy your properties through as they tend to be very selfish people that only cares when people are paying the rent. Not only that, they tend to make fake promises on solving house issues such as mould in which they don’t do. This company needs to be sued ASAP as they don’t care about people’s health and well-being.

Very unprofessional (family run) estate agents you will ever deal with. They quickly lock you in by placing tenants In your property, and then iron out the contract. They hold landlords hostage to their demands. They try charging very high rates and only allow their own chosen family contractors to visit the property if issue arises, and if you choose a personal contractor they will not assist you.
My property boiler gas valve was not turned on full resulting heating not working upstairs and their contractor told me the mother board needs replacing and even then he can’t guarantee it will work! Even an idiot knows that is not the right diagnosis! However they did not allow my contractor to visit. I’m guessing the tenant was their family friend also.
They did not even do a check out on my property like they were meant to and left my property in a very bad way! I will take them to court.
Avoid at all cost. Better off picking up tenants from gum tree. All of their tenants are self employed or dss. That shows a lot! It’s easy to fake self employment documents.

By far the worst so called estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do not give them your business, there are plenty of other agents that offer a professional service for the same price. Go with a company with a higher average IQ. They could not be any less professional if they tried. Pretty much everything they say is untrue but are not even clever enough to back each others lies. They are purely out for the money and do not care about actually meeting the needs of the customer. Absolutely zero integrity. Do not waste your time with these crooks.

Absolutely would not recommend! Wasted my time made me a appointment to view a property which I went to was happy to accept the property then was told I could not take the property as they don't accept dss but was told they did accept dss in the beginning.

Meridian were recommended to me by a family member and I can see why. Very professional, great knowledge of the local area, in particular the rental market. I found Wazeem in particular very approachable and attentive, and he managed to get reliable tenants for two of my properties in a matter of weeks whereas with agents such as Dixons I was promised the world and they simply didn't deliver - in addition to being a rip off. If I was to look to sell my property or look to purchase, I would be looking to use them in the future based on the service received thus far.

Meridian have been assisting me with my property portfolio for a number of years and they have always delivered a five star service (which is befitting of the rating I have given them). They show incredible professionalism and are helpful from the beginning to the end (whether I am letting out or selling). They have an in depth knowledge of the local property market and this really comes across in your dealings with them.
Additionally, they really care about their community and are a generous supporter of grassroots and amatuer football in Birmingham.
