Absolutely terrible service, a gentleman came to view the house (the manager of Naylors), he literally spent 5 minutes looking around and valued the house at £45,000 less than 4 of the other estate agents that valued the house. No literature was left and no follow up. I would avoid at all costs! Very unprofessional!

Excellent and professional knowledge offered and shared.
Customer service second to none by the entire team.
I do however have to mention the kindness and patience shown to us by Jane.
I had elderly relatives relocating to Market Harborough from Hertfordshire.
Jane supported us in not only finding a wonderful house to buy, but this has now become a very happy home.
We are all over the moon and although the process was long, Janes communication and updates were always honest, informative, and accurate.
Thank you Naylors Estate Agents for supporting my family and I through this huge process.

Really good initial impression from a gentleman that I spoke to in branch. But after my branch visit I rang up the next day , a lady answered, I was interested in another property they have coming on the market…now I’ll take my business elsewhere. I rang up asking for some more details on a property they had under offer in Arthingworth, I explained to her that I understood it was on flood land and had no planning which wasn’t mentioned on the advert so was just curious how they came to the price is was listed at she replied ‘well it’s not my problem anymore if it floods or doesn’t have planning it’s sold’
Knowing that’s how they treat their customers I will never be using them or recommending them to anyone.

Delighted with Jane's support and help in our house purchase.

I would highly recommend Naylors and Jane went out of her way to make sure our house purchase happen. The market was extremely competitive at the time we made our purchase and it took 18 months to find a house. We dealt with a number of other agents locally and the experience with Jane and Naylors was outstanding.

Naylors Estate Agents were the Estate Agent for the property that we bought recently. Jane was excellent from start to finish. From initially showing us around the property, she left us to look around in our own time but was on hand when we had any questions. Jane's knowledge of the property and the seller's situation was amazing and really put us at ease when putting in an offer. Once the offer had been lodged and accepted, Jane was in regular contact and it felt like we were her clients as she was always on hand when we needed help with anything. She managed everyone's expectations brilliantly and didn't sit back and wait for the transaction to just happen. Jane was proactive and chased all parties every week to get it over the line. We will definitely use Jane and Naylors for any future property sales after this experience. Estate Agency done right!

We rented a property from Naylors for three years and found the experience from start to finish to be professional and extremely helpful. From the moment we saw the place and registered our interest to the ad hoc maintenance enquiries we had during our tenancy, Naylors were always happy to help and were very quick at responding to queries. Maintenance and general enquiries were dealt with extremely quickly with us being kept informed at all times.
We subsequently bought the same property and, again, Naylors were also extremely helpful and patient in assisting with this.
Having had an extremely poor customer experience from another estate agents in Harborough, I cannot recommend Naylors highly enough for their attention to detail, communication, responsiveness, and - at times - humour, to anyone wishing to rent or buy a property.

I’m writing this looking out of the window, over the fields in our dream home and we would not be here without Jane. It was a rollercoaster ride, not of Jane’s making but she stuck with us and helped along the way. She was available, understanding, and proactive when it mattered. Even though she was working for the seller it felt like she had our best interests at heart too so a win win for everyone. She listened, and was always willing to do what was needed, even taking time to ensure our young children were included and put at ease about moving.
We could not be happier in our home, thanks Jane!

I looked at several properties, used and new, before buying through Jane Armstrong-Wade at Naylors in Harborough. As a buyer from London who knew little about the area, I found Jane, head of sales to be not just professional and responsive but also invaluable in terms of her experience and knowledge of the development and the location. Jane was a delight to deal with and after a lengthy viewing where every question was answered she helped close an ideal transaction with the developer. Jane was totally on the ball and proactive during the conveyance and greatly assisted during the inevitable last minute friction points with solicitors to achieve my time limited goal. I'm now in a wonderful new house in a stunning area and very happy, so big thanks , I'm very grateful to Jane at Naylors!

It was an emotional time for us, however Jane was amazing, she was extremely professional, kind and very understanding in what proved to be a challenging sale.
