Bad service and I did not get what I ordered. It should be simple to get an order right but off course as always you get charged for the meal but for some reason you don't get what you ordered. I tried calling the store but no answer. I love bk but now I am just Mcdonald

I am not going to give this one 5 stars because the burger and the chips were not hot enough. Quite cold and obviously the quality of it not the same as when you get it hot as usual. The staff were not really welcoming, but they must have had a busy day considering the m25 traffic.

15 quid seemed expensive for 2 burger meals. I must be out if touch. Place almost deserted. Served by a surly lady who seemed to think it was too much hassle to serve me.. usually i enjoy the odd treat at these places. Will give this place a miss next time I want a burger.

Somehow this one serves better burger than other burger king. Don't ask me why. Just look at the queue. Be aware Take cards only. Drive through service is very fast!

Food was cold to the point that the cheese hadn't melted in any burgers. Someone before us was trying to ask about the fizzy drinks machine that was not working correctly and was met with 3 employees all looking at him as if he was speaking Alien !!!
So I didn't bother bringing it up.
Plus the milkshake machine was broken, which is fair enough these things happen but it has been "broken" for about 6 years now

Very bad service as we were waiting in a queue not many people but took too long to serve. Having said that once ordered we sat down and came fast. Staff were polite and food highest quality. Maybe just picked a wrong day to visit

Egham Burger King is pretty much what you would expect. We were in a rush so it was convenient for us.
We chose the drive through which was ok, pretty speedy.

I went to Egham to get car parts for a car and my children had just been fetched from school. The buger king was on our way home so we decided to stop and get a snack before going home. I was able to get a much needed coffee for the road home. I can only say that my children loved the burger and were happy to have a pit stop. Perfectly placed for road users and the customer service was excellent. Happy children, happy mother.

Drive thru is small here but they are pretty quick at serving and it's served hot! Only been a few times in the past but it's not far from the M25 if your passing!

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how the service is always excellent and they keep the spot clean all the time. Rates are fair and they serve generous portions.

Wanted a quick bite to eat with kids and this was convinient. No seating area open which was disappointing but filling out hunger was the end aim so sat in car to eat before heading to Thorpe Park!!! ????

Yesterday was the first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the great meal and fine drinks and with the comfortable cost. We will no doubt come back in a short time.

Staff were friendly, if you’re doing a take away you need to have a small car. Near impossible to get big cars through the tiny gap between the windows.

Your typical Burger King good burgers lots of choices. This particular site can be hard to access if you aren't a local the entrance to the carpark and drive through are off to the left of the front door, opposite the petrol station. They are faster serving than most Burger King restaurants and conveniently just off the m25.

Great device and quick food, there is a dispenser for different drinks like the ones in Five Guys for those of you that have been there. They give you Coca Cola in different flavours etc. You can fill out a survey to get a free whopper with the purchase of chips and a drink so save the receipts! There is also a drive thru here.

Located close to Egham high Street this Burger King spot is one of the busiest places around especially during afternoon. It is very spacious place with comfy seating and kids seats are also available. The staff here are very attentive and quick in processing the order and yes they know how to wrap a burger well. It's our usual get away spot for Friday lunch. This place also has drive through to pack and slip off with your burger. Man!! I love Burger King fries.

AVOID! Calling it a fast food restaurant is misleading. Waited over 5 minutes to speak to someone at the drive through to order and then gave up waiting in the queue for the food after 10 minutes of not moving with 3 cars in front of us!

I mean, it's burgers and chips. You know what they serve so you can't really go wrong. Just don't expect a bespoke service at this one. Their English goes about as far as the words on the menu!

I can't say I'm satisfied with the service today. My chicken royal looked like it was prepared in the morning and delivered to me in the evening. There was no trace of the vegetables sticking out of the bin like in the lovely photos. This has happened to me twice in succession. Next time, I'll post a photo of it. Thanks

It's hard to get into one of the parking bays when there's a queue on the drive thru due to the lack of space. One of the soft drinks machine don't work. Toilet facilities are poor. Seating area and interior is well outdated as it normal is with all the other BK's. Food was served in a relatively reasonable time and they did hand out some vouchers with good deals which can also be found on their mobile app.

Really slow service, causing a queue out the door..when not really that busy. Car park is also blocked when cars use the drive way. Food is fine though.

Unfriendly staff that wouldn't accept vouchers that were valid for that restaurant as I had used the same book of vouchers the day before! When I was given my order, it would of course be both incorrect and cold and when I had asked for a refund I was just told that I could have the items replaced. Normally I wouldn't mind however, if the staff having the attitude they did I would not want fresh cook food for the simple food that it would be contaminated in some way. Ever since this happened I have not returned here, nor will I ever.

Very slow. No Strawberry milkshake. Had a chocolate milkshake. Tasted funny. Felt sick afterwards.

If I could I would give it worse review. I ordered a veggie meal with a bottle of water. I was given a coke and a chicken meal....I was driving and started eating the burger and then noticed I was chewing on chicken. I am a vegetarian and this was an awful experience. I stopped the car and spat it out. I went back to the store and complained to the man who served me at the drive thru and he was useless. (Tall Asian guy). I then asked to speak to the manager and he advised me he was the manager!! I explained this was unacceptable and that he should have checked the order before providing me it and he tried blaming other staff. I reiterated to him to take responsibility and not blame his staff. All I was offered was a new order or my money back. No apology or compensation. Disgusting service. I genuinely used to visit Burger King 2 or 3 times a week minimum. I haven't returned since. This incident happened about 4 months ago.

Only used this place 3 times...always hoping the previous visit had been an off day. I was wrong...staff all seem miserable, zero enthusiasm, and don't volunteer or ask if you would like sugar, salt etc (I used drive thru) burgers have a strange taste, compared to other branches, and having zero hot drinks for 5 months over the winter (it could still be broken as I haven't been back after the 3rd time) with a "we need a new machine" is inexcusable in a global chain such as this...also be prepared for a shock when you come to pay, as it's about double what you pay at Macdonald's...

Food is brilliant of course only issue I have is the parking and the way the drive thru works. If there is more than 3 cars in the drive thru it causes a lot of chaos!
Usually good service, some staff clearly hate their job but there's always some who clearly love it!

Another one of England's iconic pubs lost to a fast food restaurant.
It seems that every burger place that springs up is a McDonald's, so it's unusual to see a Burger King especially in a Drive-Thru configuration.
The food was great and exactly what you would expect.

I've been visiting this BK for about 2 years now, they seem to be constantly looking for staff and the place never seem to have anyone cleaning the sit down section but the food is always good.. much better than the competitor.

Service was slow which does not bother me too much but other customers were getting pretty irate and it almost all kicked off at one point. But food was good and the staff were nice (to me anyway, probably because I was the only one not complaining). It's not an easy industry to work in, so a little patience from customers would be good.

Literally had enough of this place now. Every time they have got my order wrong. It’s the only place where they just don’t listen and never get it right. I’ve even avoided going through the drive through and sat in to try and avoid the issue and even then...everytine they have got my order wrong.
Today I asked to make sure it had the cheese and extra onions in the whopper. The guy told the guy making it to make sure...and guess what. Wrong order again. I was so fuming I was going to drive all the way back.
This place is useless. Letting a good location and brand down.

All around this is a pretty good Burger King, I’ve had lots of experiences here both inside and at the Drive-Thru... they are usually quite slow but this seems to be the case for almost all Burger Kings. The interior is nice, not modern though, however is certainly not bad. The food is always good and the location is seemingly in the middle of nowhere on a roundabout... far away from Staines and Egham Town center. There are good parking spaces but there better be as this place is practically only accessible with car (or a very long walk). A great factor is the Coke freestyle machine which more fast food places should have and it’s great! The main problem is they never seem to have a working ice cream machine, which means no milkshakes, and seeing as the Oreo Milkshake is one of the best things they do, and the best milkshake in the fast food business, this is a real shame... please sort it out!

Was a terrible experience most things fall where out of stock no deserts at all no milkshakes. The AC was on max so the place was freezing It made it horrible to eat in there the manager told me to just deal with it. My burger was ok though the chips where cakes in salt and inedible. Try at your own risk guys :)

Chilly chese bites Burger King cant fgo wrong with the taste. This branch is very spacious quick and comfortable. Offers baby xhange and disable toilet facilities. Clean toilets ????.

Stopped by to grab dinner on the go, they would not accept the £50 note we had, no milkshakes, the burgers were barely warm and there was no salt for the chips. The onion rings were soggy like they had been taken from the frier too soon. Very disappointing for the money, shall avoid until they improve. No wonder they were quiet, I guess the locals know to go elsewhere.

It has Drive Through and drink filler machine and lot of space to sit inside. 3 counters but usually 1 or 2 are working. You should expect queue in peak time but apart from that there isn't wait normally.
There are some car park spaces too.

Useless at the Egham drive through, missing 2 items - didn’t realise until we were home, apparently they don’t do milkshakes?? Took absolutely ages to get served and it wasn’t particularly busy. No receipt in the bag either so I guess I’ll have to take their word for adequate pricing although £24 for 2 adult & 2 child meals is extortion. Will not be using them again.

Hit and miss sometimes, never seem to have most items available. Popped in today, no fries, no milkshakes. To top it off then they got my order completely wrong(drive-thru) Gave me 2burgers, and 2 drinks(wrong drinks). Eventually received correct order only to discover that my double cheeseburger only had patties and cheese, no pickles or sauce. They need to seriously sort this branch.

Will be boycotting Egham from now on. Always non English speaking staff, never get what you order. Dreadful flat drinks, need to ask for sauces and when you do they offer you straws. I REST MY CASE. Shocking place. Be warned. Eat elsewhere.

I have had the worst experience you could ever have at this Burger King, now I have been to a few places with bad service but please you can not get worse than the service here at this restaurant. The service was a shambles I asked if I could use my voucher on the burger king app as the assistant had done so for the person in front of me She took the code and said she could not put the code into the system so she then went to ask one of her coleeges if they could help and I was left waiting for over 20 minutes by now I was really hungry and a very annoyed. I spoke to a man called Warren Badoo and he was very very unhelpful he said to me please step aside and let me serve the other customers after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes at this point I was very annoyed. I then asked if I could speak to the manager he said he was the manager however another person called Pedro Bento came over and said we are both managers i told him what had happened and he was also very rude he said I would not be able to use the voucher I would just have to pay the full price I was very angry at this point very hungry aswell.
The staff need a lot more training they need to learn how to treat customers with respect and be mannerly and learn how to use the systems before jumping at a till.
This Burger King deserves the lowest rating anyone could give them.
Please do not go to this Burger King you will just get a very bad reception

Extremely slow & bad service . Staff barely speak English. Need to make sure what you get is what you have ordered. Overcharged on the two occasions that i have visited (several months apart). Can barely believe its so bad in this day and age - especially compared to other fast food chains. If possible, avoid the drive-thru and make sure you get what you have ordered and charged for.

Extremely slow sometimes, order very rarely correct in multiple visits, menu positioned where it's hard to see and impossible to plan meal for drive through, awkward road access, microphone very poor (staff can't hear order), staff inattentive to order requests ("no mayo"). Sadly, only nearby branch.

I ordered an oreo milkshake today which tasted great, until I found myself chewing on a peanut which I swiftly spat out as:
a) I'm pretty sure oreo milkshakes shouldn't include full size peanuts in them ????
b) I remembered the lady serving me was eating nuts while I was placing my order.....
Luckily it was me that ordered the milkshake and not my friend as he has an allergy.
Cant see myself going back there anytime soon!

Went to the drive through, Paid over £14 for 2 regular meals. After waiting a long time by the collection window we got the wrong drink with one meal the burger bun was stale on one side and we I didn't get a receipt to check they hadn't over charged didn't sit around to wait n complain as we had already waited over ten mins stood staring into an open window. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because they didn't charge me for sauce which they normally do. I prefer burger king burgers to MacDonald but the service in these places is so poor

NOT RECOMEBD!!!!! Really disappointing experience!!!!! We paid 22 pounds for two adults and a kid!!!! Then the service was a complete mess very slow, inefficient impolite!!! No one since to be in charge ... (it wasn't even busy when we were there)....my burger taste like plastic the cheese nachos must be in the draw for at least 30 minutes!!!! After long time waiting for the order to be done the tray was left on the counter without telling any one or ho belongs to for at least 5 minutes!!!! Any way a lot more to say but I just lost it.....is not worth it!!!!

We always get whoppers as you get discount if you have the burger king app. 1 whopper is enough to fill u up. They close the shop at 10 but u can still get food fr9m the drive through. And they only accept cash payments after 10 pm.

Most godforsaken Burger King around. Dirty interior. Rude, unhelpful staff and they manage to mess up every single order you place. Personally I would recommend you avoid at all costs.

It's okay I guess the drinks that you can fill yourself are cool but the food itself is cheap and nasty and bland. I guess it's alright once in a while if your board or something.

Would NOT visit again!
Burger was soggy, squashed and barely warm as were the fries, plus they seem to be rationing the potatoes! Considering I paid nearly £14 for 2 whopper meals the only thing that was fresh was the milkshake & soft drink. The restaurant was NOT busy so no excuses for the staff being rushed off their feet. More expensive than McDees but I do not eat there at all!! I gave it a 2 star as the restaurant was clean as were the toilets!

Been to the Egham restaurant twice since it opened and I regret coming back. Grossly overpriced utterly mediocre food. Imagine McDonalds except more expensive and the food is much worse, you've just imagined every Burger King.

For a BK just off one of the busiest motorways in Europe, it's surprising how lackluster the service is here. I've visited sporadically over a period of about 8 months and the outlet has always felt short-staffed. I've seen many a customer get angry and shout at the staff, and the way the drive-through and parking entries are one and the same mean that you're often stuck in a drive-through queue of families when you just want to park up so you can run in and grab a cheeseburger. I'm a fan of BK but this is an establishment to avoid. There are plenty of other fast food chains in the area (McDonalds, KFC, Subway etc) that are better equipped to handle more than two visitors at a time.

Last night I went for a drive through. After deciding what I want, I tried to speak someone over the speaking and waited 2/3 minutes where nobody answered so I went to the window and tried to explain myself to the rudest manager I have ever met. I explained that I did not get a response at the speaker and asking if I could order at window. He respond with most utterly rudeness that I cannot and just get out of the queue and order from counter. I said it is not acceptable nobody were responding at the speaker and I had been queuing 10-15 minutes at that point. He then replied it is working and nothing he can do about it. So I decided to drive away and never visit this Burger King again.

I would give zero score as follow.
1- Customer service- 0
2-Hygiene rating-0

After having to repeat the order to our server twice for him to then read it back and have it wrong is a joke. And then we were given the wrong burger and charged extra for the pleasure. Also helps if the regas the Coca-Cola freestyle machine so drinks are not flat. Would definitely not recommend!

A brand new burger king, which is much more spacious than it looks on the outside. Has a very cosy atmosphere, a very good layout, friendly staff and good student deals

HAd the worst EVER Burger King experience in this restaurant. We arrived at 9.35pm. Service was okay. Most of the seating was blocked off as it had been cleaned and we were expected to sit at one of the 2 available tables which were both littered with debris from previous clients. We asked the cleaner if we could use one of the tables in the closed off section. His response was to give a 'quick lick' to the table top of one of the 2 available tables. we still preferred to sit in the bucket chairs rather than benches and asked again to use those. He was very aggressive so we went to the counter and the manager told him to let us through.
By now our fries are almost cold.
We ate happily and were finishing our cokes at 10.02 when a man in checked fleece and earmuffs/headphones came over and asked us to be aware that the restaurant was closing in 5 minutes. We certainly would not have stopped there if we were to have just 30 minutes to eat. I know it is fast food but if people are served for sitting in at 9.35 they should be told they are closing at 10.07.
On getting home I note their opening hours are till 11pm.
Top this all with all we could hear (and understand) was the chatter of the staff in Spanish complaining about a drive thro client.
Basically the food is a BAD version of Burger King and should be avoided.

Prefer Egham BK to others out there. Always quick, fresh and efficient. Simeon makes my visit a lot more enjoyable. ????

Burger king is a really nice food place to eat on the go. I loved the idea of the drinking machine. There was a leaky air conditioning which wasn't great
