Having used several other agents in the Southport area - Nicholls & Barnes was by far the best in selling my property. Every step of the process was fair in terms of obtaining the best price. They were always on hand to every query I had with both myself as a vendor and to the buyers. It felt like a personal service by very experienced market professionals. Their recommendation in conveyancing lawyers was also greatly appreciated, as the firm of solicitors I used will , in future, always be my go to company. they were brilliant. All in all - what became a long process due to various issues - was made a better and calm experience by Katy and Charlotte and the team. Thank you for everything

From the initial phone call with Emma, who could not have been helpful and then Natalia who showed me round the property and knew most of the answers to my questions and those she did not phoned me within an hour with the answers I would highly recommend this agency to everyone.
