We haven't sold our house yet. We have moved to a new agent. The house was over priced from the beginning. I did all the viewing. When I did ask if they could do one they were booked out. We didn't feel we got any help to sell our house from Ball and Percival which is a shame.

The manager Michael Chaplin was fabulous he put 110% into his job nothing was to much trouble

After not having a great experience with another local agent. Lauren was amazing, made us feel at ease and made our home look amazing with the photos she took, she went above and beyond. Unfortunately, not all members of the team (we felt) had the same positive approach. Sometimes communication wasn't great, although they did at least contact us when we went into the 3rd lockdown to make sure we were happy to continue with viewings and the eventual sale of our property.
