Excellent service after swapping from other local based estate agents because of poor photos. They use a professional photographer for you at NO expense to your yourself. In this age of smartphones and IPad, visual presentation is so crucial, A & Ps were the only ones who came close to what we'd expect. Everything else was handled very efficiently and sold our detached 3 bed property in a good time. Everyone in the offices in Southport and Ormskirk behaved in a friendly, yet professional manner. Highly recommend, don't just settle for an estate agent who's surviving purely on their years of business as they become set in their ways.

The service Arnold & Phillips provided during the sale of my BTL flat in Southport was exceptional. I am based in London and am used to a high level of service when dealing with estate agents because the market is so competitive down here. Of all the estates agents I have dealt with in Southport Arnold & Phillips were the only ones that matched this level of professionalism. The branch manager David Moorcroft went above and beyond his remit and would have no hesitation in recommending them as my first choice in Southport. Great estate agents!

I recently instructed Arnold & Phillips (Southport) to sell my property on Rufford road and I thought their service and professionalism was excellent. Very patient with me when I was getting stressed out and made the experience of selling as smooth as possible. Big shout out to the lady's in the office, thank you for your hard work!

VERY POOR. Over priced my house by £450,000. No wonder it sat on the Market for so long, it was killed the moment they put it up for sale. My Solicitor brought in four independent estate agents and all valued between £850,000-£950,000. Be careful they don't estimate your house higher and after a few months start the ring round asking you to drop the price. Perhaps this is to bring it down to the right price , the one it should have been in the first place. Being the biggest does not mean the best , with the bright pink and the bling . Have a look at how many of their properties have been reduced. We are considering legal action.

Dreadful. Have rung, messaged, emailed over the last 8 weeks for details and price. Told " the photographs are taking a bit longer than expected" " the details arn't ready yet" over and over. I have now moved my cash offer to another property. Appalling

Very poor service,you send in rightmove requests,one leaves at leasr 5 messages but no one.i repeat NO ONE returns your left msg on their answerphone,guess i wont be using this agent to sell my property!
