From the moment we booked our viewing of the property, all of our interactions with Chris Tinsley staff were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. After we submitted our offer on the property we received frequent updates (by phone and email) on the progression of our purchase and the (short) chain above. Whenever we had questions, the staff obtained and provided answers in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure to have Claire and her colleagues handle our purchase. If we were to buy another property then we would definitely hope that the property we wanted was on the market with Chris Tinsley.

Amazing service right from Valuation through to Completion. We put a property on the market just as the market took a down turn and not the easiest of sales due to the amount of renovation required but they got us the best buyer and helped both ourselves as Vendors and the Purchaser right the way along the process with regular updates and guidance. I recently moved back to Southport and bought a property that was up for sale with Chris Tinsley Estates. I cannot praise them highly enough. Having spent over a year in the midst of very stressful conveyancing, I contacted Chris Tinsley to view the property and from start to finish during the five months I dealt with them, they couldn’t do enough. I viewed the apartment at least five times and every time they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I had numerous issues with various aspects of my conveyancing journey (nothing to do with Chris Tinsley Estates) and they went above and beyond and out of their way to help me, when there was no necessity to do so. I dealt with a number of the team in the office and all were friendly, polite, positive and so helpful. I have to highlight Susanne though; she was exceptional at every stage. The customer care, can do attitude, and willingness to help is outstanding. I have experienced other agencies and with the exception of the company I used in Berkshire to sell my property, no one has come close to these standards. It’s my first experience with Chris Tinsley Estates; I should add that I knew no one there in any capacity and I was completely unknown to them. I would absolutely choose them if I had to sell a property in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family. What impressed me the most was, they were never pushy but they were so efficient with communication and follow ups. There when you needed them and not hassling you when you didn’t. Definitely check them out if you are looking to sell a property and if you are fortunate enough to fall in love with a property they are selling, you’ll be in great hands.

We contacted Chris Tinsley Estate Agent with a view to act for us in the sale of our late parents house in Tarleton, Preston. Their valuer Paul Hamilton arranged to meet us at the property and gave a valuation which we thought was fair and accurate. Paul then laid out a sales strategy on how best to market the property which included brochures, photographs, a video and an online feature. Very important for ourselves was the fact that they could escort prospective buyers during viewings without our involvement. Thus we had no hesitation in appointing Chris Tinsley as the sole agent. The sales documents, online content and video were very professionally produced and promoted the main features very well and covered the necessary information on the house. Once the viewings got underway we liaised with their internal team which in our case was lead by Claire Bromley. Claire kept us informed at all times and each viewing was diligently followed up for feedback which in turn was passed onto us. When we received an offer from a prospective buyer, Claire was on hand to offer excellent advice and a sale was quickly agreed. At all times during the sale Claire and the team kept us informed on progress, relayed any requests the buyers had, worked closely with our solicitors and all in all it made for a smooth sales process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chris Tinsley Estate Agent to any prospective seller or buyer, their service is first class and delivered in a friendly professional manner.

We have nothing but praise for the team at Tinsleys, they guided us through what must have been one of the most difficult conveyancing nightmares. Everything that could go wrong, did, we were tearing our hair out with frustration at times and it dragged on for nearly 6 long months due to a catalogue of events too long to go into.
The girls were brilliant, keeping us updated every step of the way, with empathy, humour and understanding of our frustrations when all seemed lost.
We would reccomend Tinsleys unreservedly, and if we ever move again, which we seriously doubt, we would certainly deal with them without hesitation.
