I cannot praise Chris Tinsley and the team enough. I had a very difficult and lengthy sale of my late mother's flat. Particular thanks have to go to Janet and Chris for dealing with this and communicating with the buyer. This was despite the personal circumstances of the buyer and coronavirus. There were several moments when I thought the sale would collapse and am convinced that without the support of Janet and Chris this would have happened. Could not have chosen a better firm than this for selling up and buying our new property. They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our sometimes stupid questions, kept us optimistic and sane.

We have nothing but praise for the team at Tinsleys, they guided us through what must have been one of the most difficult conveyancing nightmares. Everything that could go wrong, did, we were tearing our hair out with frustration at times and it dragged on for nearly 6 long months due to a catalogue of events too long to go into.
The girls were brilliant, keeping us updated every step of the way, with empathy, humour and understanding of our frustrations when all seemed lost.
We would reccomend Tinsleys unreservedly, and if we ever move again, which we seriously doubt, we would certainly deal with them without hesitation.
