I have just used AJ to find a tenant for my rental property. Jacqui gave an excellent first impression for the company on our first meeting. She is warm, friendly, very professional and gave me valuable information throughout the whole process. She has a great team of staff in the office who are all friendly, professional and seem very genuine in their intentions to find the right tenant for my property. They kept me in the loop with viewings and applications and not once did i have to chase anything up. I would absolutely recommend them to any other landlord who needs a tenant find/management service and will continue to use them in the future.

I have worked in this company for nearly 2 years now and I have loved being here. I really feel everyone in our sales team goes above and beyond to help tenants get into properties and we are always there to pick up the phone when buyers need help. I have watched my team help to push lots of sales through and assist with the solicitors as we are also very motivated. Having always worked in the public sector and having customer facing roll for 10 years I have really noticed the difference here with our outstanding customer service!!! We also have the best set of directors who look look after us with lots of social and charity events so all of our team are always happy!
