Very poor service. Arrived to view property at the arranged time. Met another couple who also came to view the property. Agent staff gave no attention or audience as she said "I don't have you down on my list". Despite showing her the message confirming the view, we literally showed ourselves round! Agent staff couldn't care less. Very very disappointed.

We had a viewing of the property to rent. We found all service from start to the end absolutely unprofessional and poor. They don't give clear info on appointment time and we're shallwe meet. We had 3 property to view with them. On first one Helen was our agent she even didn't turn upon second we were waited 10 minutes by the door of property and had no news if she coming or not so we send office and they promised to get in touch with her and she received call after 10 mins from my call to office as luckily we met her on the way out with other people coming to view the same property
We felt like agency waisted our time from right the beginning to the end. We didn't feel like we were treated with any respect as we are EUcitizensheep and other girl at agency would refuse to speak to me saying: "I don't understand a word from what you saying. Send me email with all your questions.."we felt like we had zero respect
We been made to wait for whole week with no clear promises and no decent responses from landlord it's what they saying each time we trying to call them. despite the same agent Helen was saying diffirent info to me and my partner what was making no sense at whatsoever we felt like our time was waisted as we nearly was left outside as gave notice to our previous landlord about leaving thankfully we managed somehow to sort it out with our landlord, but still had no response from agency or anything
as they not even reading application forms you sending them
WHOLE Experience was AWFUL !!!!
Avoid if you can they have lots of properties for rent but very low %of being rented
