The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

Just sold my West London apartment with Noahs and all I can say is Wow!! What a breath of fresh air these guys are. They secured my asking price and navigated my difficult 5 months long sale process with courtesy and kindness, both to me and my purchaser. Jacob and Kourosh really are the dream team to work with and apart from their knowledge and expertise, and the fact that they are always contactable, the one thing that stood out for me is that they really do care about their clients.

As a property solicitor, I’ve had several transactions with Noah’s as the agents involved over the past 2 years. They are unlike any other estate agency I’ve worked with. They are approachable, proactive, supportive and have a general mantra of doing whatever is needed for their clients. Unlike some other agents who just push for an exchange date and can complicate matters, the team at Noah’s listen to what the clients want and do everything they can to make it happen, whilst keeping up to date with all sides of the transaction. I always feel joy when I see a memo of sale from them knowing we will be working together again. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in using their services! Jacob, Edward and Kourosh, keep doing what you’re doing!

More often than not, the choice of an agent is based on if you are selling, or buying. But what if an agent was genuinely suited for both? In my view this is NOAHs. They research the market over and above what average price per square foot is or the last sale, as anyone can do that, and they talk and listen to both buyer and seller. Their work begins when a buyer and seller is matched, vs many others who give up at that point thinking their work is done. The result is they transact. If you want someone to execute, NOAH is your choice.

The vibe is very different from any other agencies I have ever encountered seems more like you are meeting with friends who want to help you out. As an occupation, I buy and sell property and come across both good and bad agents. Jacob is a brilliant agent and managed to accomplish in one week what 4 of his competitors could not do over 6 months. Jacob will be instructed on all properties I sell in the area going forward.
