Recently let out my flat through Knight Frank using the brilliant Megan. The flat went on the market in September and by the start of the following month the tenants had moved in. Megan consistently kept me in the loop with potential tenants and only contacted me when it was worthwhile. Without doubt I will be using KF next time.

We recently moved to London and had such a wonderful experience with Knight Frank’s Notting Hill office while working with Clemmie. She was supportive, professional, and genuine throughout the process and was able to answer any questions that we had.

We were on a super tight timeline, and Clemmie was extremely responsive and able to get us in to see places as quickly as we needed. She ultimately helped us find a flat that we love that's within both our budget and timeline. She even checked in after we moved in to make sure everything was going well!

I had the most amazing experience with Knight Frank in Notting Hill. My mother and I were looking for a flat for me to rent and walked in off the street. Herbie and Clemmie were kind and helpful from the start and arranged a number of properties for us to look at. After days of hunting with other agencies, we were shown three amazing apartments in prime locations. Clemmie helped us with making the decision on which one to put in a bid for, helped us negotiate with the owners, and teach us about the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This is a review specifically for Steven Gilbery at Knight Frank (although no doubt he has a solid team behind him), and is a rare pleasure to write, simply because I've never thought that someone was so beyond the norm of their profession before, and thoroughly wanted to thank Steven for how exceptional he has been.

The short version is that Steven is less of an estate agent, and more of a premium boutique end-to-end 'find your perfect home' fixer.

In contrast to every other estate agent we encountered, who at best were forgetful about following up, and at worst transparently looking for the quickest sale to line their pockets, Steven:

* In person is exceptionally courteous while also being 100% matter of fact. He radiates integrity.
* Maintained a daily conversation (without being intrusive) to keep us up to date on any new rentals, before they hit the open market.
* Even though we were using other agents, would politely follow up to make sure everything possible was been done to keep our wider search moving quickly.
* Genuinely listened to, and understood, all the intricacies we were seeking, especially around quietness (and I appreciate this is very annoying, as every prospective tenant always wants the world for cheap!). As a consequence of that understanding, he found us a rental so far from the standard for London, but perfect for us, that we'd never have found it alone.
* When the necessary pain of dealing with 3rd parties to fill in forms, and be vetted - and getting existing landlords to act - he personally stepped in to both shortcut the process by removing bureaucratic steps, and took it upon himself to handle chasing the old landlords on our behalf. Shortening a frustrating week-long process down to just a few minutes for us.

There is literally nothing more Steven could have done to take every hassle out of procuring our new home, and in truth, probably enabled us to find something we'd never of found without him.

I couldn't recommend a professional more highly.
