I cannot recommend Hamptons enough. Georgina Hudson demonstrated patience and resilience in a sale that presented numerous hurdles (due to poor legal advice and service from our solicitor). Georgina spent months regularly chasing solicitors and keeping both buyers (them) and sellers (us) fully informed and reassured and was personable throughout. What can I say? Estate agents that live up to their reputation.
Went to see a flat with one of their agent, put in an offer to only find out 5 days later that the landlord went ahead with someone else. While I was there waiting.
Second flat, a bit overpriced, agent said that the landlord wasn’t willing to go from 2817 to 2650 that I wanted to offer, moving in straight away. Exchanged few messages to see the flat again and didn’t hear back.
4-5 days later it turned out that the price had been reduced at 2578.
I had already signed something else.

Daniel is an extremely efficient agent and will make the time and effort to look for a property fitting specified budgets and requirements as well as scheduling viewings. Will Aspinall is a noble and caring agent at Hamptons Notting Hill. He carried me through weeks of attempting a difficult transatlantic rental starting in the quarantine period of covid, and singularly made it happen against considerable odds. He was truthful, super-competent, always in touch, great on advice to the unwitting North American, and did not condescend or fail me in communications over many weeks. His support for my choice of rental extended to reserving the first view, being faithful to my decision, working with a friend of mine nearby in viewing, liaising with the landlord over weeks in my absence, and even being sure a crucial, new piece of furnishing was there when I arrived from Heathrow. For those searching from a distance, or up close in W11 or W2, Will is your most preferred agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Will at their Notting Hill office helped me find the perfect place and everything was going swimmingly until 36hrs before I was due to move in. Then, out of the blue, I lost my job. I rented a flat from Hamptons Notting Hill
I complained 12 weeks ago that no lights were working the top floor of the house.
I dealt with a girl called Natalie
They told me for 6 weeks the landlord was reviewing whether they would fix the lights. Then finally after much chasing she said they would fix the lights (which was strange given you can’t rent a flat with fault electrics that don’t
Work) I then had an electrician come and say he would go away and order a part and come back and fix it!
They never came back to fix it and then when I contact Hamptons they had no idea what was happening and had not followed up.
Today an electrician came again and said “we need a specialist to fix the lights and a specialist part”
We knew this first week of June and still no lights.
Please never use this company.
I’ve rented in London for 13 years never had issues like this
No accountability, no professionalism, no following up and no clue how to manage a property.

Whoever thought the housing market is dead hasn't met these guys. I got two offers within 24 hours. unfortunately my first offer fell through and the team focussed on re-marketing and took 5 weeks to get me a second offer in the height of the summer months. Cameron Spencer at Hamptons Notting hill was fantastic from start to finish. Cameron and his team marketed the property in a way that allowed us to achieve a significantly higher price than we would have done with the other estate agents we looked at. Cameron was highly professional, always available and incredibly sharp and efficient when it came to dealing with offers. He was highly commercial when it came to negotiating and taking the right offer through to completion.
With Cameron's help, we were able to market the property, find a buyer and complete on the sale of our house all inside of 4.5 weeks - this in a very tough market.
We would use Cameron Spencer in particular, and Hamptons Notting Hill again in a flash. Highly recommended.

I've been trying to arrange a view for one of the property. First answer was to put an offer without even see the flat first. Than they changed their mind (agreed to show the apartment prior a financial advisor consultation). Never received a call back. They seem to be very lazy and not keen to help potential buyer at all. Just a waste of time

They are lovely to deal with, they listen to feedback and requirements, flexible with appointments to suit your work schedule and, most importantly, they are honest and great communicators. Estate agency is such a crowded market space. So many agencies. So many decisions to make. Do I go online? Do I go to the high street? As a time poor and once confused but now very happy purchaser it has been my experience to allow me to recommend as a benchmark to go to Hamptons. Everyone I dealt with there were very understanding and pragmatic, just what I needed. Start your search or home sale with them and that is where it will probably end. What’s to lose? Nothing, but everything to gain.

I don’t know if this is the Worst agency but it is definitely a bad choice. Don’t go there please. They can terminate your contract anytime and this is a good way to threaten you. The deduction in deposit is just insane.
