Tim was sympathetic and understanding of our feelings, supporting us very professionally throughout the sale while managing the requirements of the Covid lockdown.
He stayed in constant communicateion with us from start to finish of the process.
He was excellent at managing the legal process of the sale even, sometimes, on behalf of the other sellers in the chain.

Tim and Ed showed true professionalism and dedication to get my move to happen on time.
My sale was at the beginning of the pandemic, and we lost 2 buyers as a result. So in effect Tim and Ed had to sell my property 3 times as a result of the uncertain market.
Communication was key and these guys are complete pro’s. I was kept up to date as soon as any changes had occurred.
To top off all of these issues off, I set an extremely tight deadline after the 3rd sale had been agreed and Tim and Ed’s determination and dedication along with regular communication got it over the line in time.
This amazing service was all done with a smile, I couldn’t recommend O'Riordan Bond Olney any more. It was an honour to have sold my property with you and I certainly won’t be going with any other agent in the future. I am a customer for life ????

Horrible experience. Tenants please stay away from these people.
After paying holding deposit I did a follow up almost every day. And they tell 3 days prior to our move in that property is not fit to move in. They had lot of time to do their formalities (more than 15 days) .Oriordan Bond made our life hell for 15 days.
Worst customer service, no one will reply to your email.
People in the office have no idea of what’s happening. Everyone speaks different, they don’t have communication amongst themselves. No idea what do they do.
Unfortunately I checked the reviews only after paying holding deposit.

Be aware !! They will shatter all your happiness of moving.
We were supposed to move in on 10th and we have transferred our utilities. Total mess ????????
Now awaiting the refund as we cancelled the deal !!
