Ed Percival (mortgage services partner) is the best.
He went above and beyond at every opportunity and because of his vast knowledge of his sector he was able to help us with every single query we brought to him, and they definitely weren't all directly about our mortgage.
He is genuinely brilliant & we're lucky to have found him.

Recently sold our property with the help of Connells. Put it on the market during difficult times with the economy but they worked hard and are a great team and together they managed to pull in prospective buyers with a very happy conclusion. They provide a very good service and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently worked with Huss to buy a new home and I have to say, I was really impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. Huss was incredibly responsive and always kept me informed. He's an excellent communicator and made sure I understood everything that was happening. One of the things I appreciated most about working with Huss was his patience he never made me feel rushed or pressured, I definitely felt like he had my best interests at heart. Overall, it was a positive experience!

I need to write a review in regard to the excellent services I received from Jason Wells the branch manager at Newport Pagnell branch. He was my go between across the chains, without him I think the waiting for the solicitors to get their act together I would still be waiting. He accepted all my calls and provided me with updates and listened to my frustrations. He also took the flack many times from my new build property manager when they became impatient for the exchange date. Nothing was too much trouble and happy to negotiate with all in the chain to try and get things moving.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to others at the branch from Christopher, easy to engage with him, he valued my property placing it higher than the other estate agents valued, he obviously knew the market as it sold at that price too.
And to Laura Tomes who searched endlessly for the best quotes for our mortgage and other services insurances and will. Doing a full review into our requirements.
Danielle Westwell always a cheerful welcome on the phone and happy to assist with all queries.

No motivation in selling your property, no assistance once a sale has been agreed, no efforts in facilitating a speedy sale. Whenever any calls were made over the past 5 months the only response was 'I don't know'.
I'd recommend and other agent compared to hiring these cowboys.

It's a branch of Connels, so pretty formulaic, but the staff in Newport Pagnell are particularly helpful. I've bought 2 houses through them now and I continue to use their mortgage advisor who is both helpful and knowledgeable.
