I did the £995 do it online deal with Taylors and I was a bit concerned that, as I was paying up front, I wouldn't receive any support with helping chase solicitors etc. To my surprise, our agent - Nick was really great. Answered all my emails and calls quickly and genuinely put a lot of effort into helping us move things along, despite having already been paid. Really impressed. Thanks Nick :)
Appalling after sales service. Once the I signed on dotted line it was all about the purchasers and I am paying their commission. Will never use them again.
Email I sent to Stephen Oakley & Co following a phone call to them today:
I called and spoke to someone (male) in your office today regarding a couple of properties in Olney for sale. Unfortunately I was supposed to know what SSTC meant on the picture on your website, which I didn't. Maybe if I'd been living in the UK for the past 30 years I would know. I'd like to suggest you make it clearer for your clients/investors what SSTC means, perhaps write it in full... Also, I was surprised by the abrupt way I was dealt with on the phone by your male staff member. And even more surprised that he didn't take my details and more information on what I am looking for. Not conducive to your sales bottom line. This experience has certainly not endeared me to your organisation. I suggest you review call handling procedures in-light of my experience.
