Well if I could leave 10 stars I would. Sophie Louise from start to finish was personal yet professional at all times, she got me my dream home thanks to sorting a mortgage under time pressure, and added hurdles too and kept me calm, and supported me throughout...10/10 customer service and keeping me informed, and her as a person 100/10 ...can't recommend enough...thank you

We used O’Riordan Bond Weston Favell for the sale of an elderly relative’s house. They were extremely helpful and professional from the start. Communication was brilliant, they always responded to my messages very quickly and went above and beyond our expectations. They gave excellent advice and recommendations. Over the many years of many moves and many dealings with many estate and letting agents, they have been the most helpful and patient bunch yet! Massive thanks in particular to Chelsea and Laura who got us out of a fix and quickly and calmly settled everything to ensure a straightforward move. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I do not recommend this agency, they do not answer the phone, we were deceived, there was supposed to be no chain, but it turned out that there was, Before buying, repairs were supposed to be done, as bad as a broken hinge in the main door, there was no handle to exit to the garden from the kitchen, 3 skips of rubbish, we were assured that it would be done, after exchanging contracts, the agency's answer "that's how it sometimes is". This is unacceptable. After finalizing the contracts, they do not care about anything anymore. I definitely do not recommend!!!!

After 8 years my tenant gave notice. I had never changed tenancy before ...the staff at ORB were outstanding from start to finish, patient, informative, efficient...I had just 2 weeks before they secured me a new tenant, referenced and all monies paid.
In the two weeks the property was empty ORB organised painters and cleaners for me.
The management fee with ORB is worth every penny.
I would highly recommend them as a letting agent.

To add another star to the 5 already, due to personal circumstances and losing my job I had to unfortunately pull out of a beautiful property. Steph, Matt & Aidan have been such an amazing support system for us buying our first property.
Walked in around 6 weeks having trouble with finding a house, they was straight on it, took our interests into what we was looking for, found the perfect house for us, that we can now call ours as first time buyers!
