I do not recommend this agency, they do not answer the phone, we were deceived, there was supposed to be no chain, but it turned out that there was, Before buying, repairs were supposed to be done, as bad as a broken hinge in the main door, there was no handle to exit to the garden from the kitchen, 3 skips of rubbish, we were assured that it would be done, after exchanging contracts, the agency's answer "that's how it sometimes is". This is unacceptable. After finalizing the contracts, they do not care about anything anymore. I definitely do not recommend!!!!

After 8 years my tenant gave notice. I had never changed tenancy before ...the staff at ORB were outstanding from start to finish, patient, informative, efficient...I had just 2 weeks before they secured me a new tenant, referenced and all monies paid.
In the two weeks the property was empty ORB organised painters and cleaners for me.
The management fee with ORB is worth every penny.
I would highly recommend them as a letting agent.

I have had the most wonderful experience from both Claire and Chelsea in regards to my rental.
From my first meeting with Claire I felt that she had my interests at heart, and she had my home advertised , viewed and a tenant agreed in 5 days. There was a management company on the vendor's being slow with their responses, but Steph, Kirsty, and Matt kept persisting with them to ensure we completed on time. It went right to the wire, but we have now been able to enjoy setting into our new home in time for Christmas. We appreciate everyone's efforts, and for keeping us in the loop. Sent an email about being interested in a rental property, got a call back 2hrs later and arranged a timed viewing the next day. Come the next day at 11am, no one shows up at the property, nobody has called to let me know and when I ring up to see what's happening, I leave my details and no one has gotten back to me. Appalling service and will honestly avoid all properties from this agent. Absolute time wasters.

I initially had a good experience with Stuart who showed me the house.
However I am extremely disappointed with the service I received towards the end of the house purchase. When it was time to pick up the keys confusing and conflicting information from different staff. First time purchase so was genuinely concerned something had gone wrong. When I mentioned I would leave a review about was told Stef and Mathew “I am being threatening and aggressive”. As a woman of colour am I surprised by the language they used to describe me when expressing my disappointment at the service and confusion? No. Trust Pilot seemed to give more honest reviews. Disgusted!

From the moment we first met Marcus we knew we could have faith in OB in selling our house and they didn't disappoint.
From selling our house within a couple of days to the ongoing service that we have received, the service has been second to none.
We want to say a particular thanks to Kirsty. She is a credit to the team and OB as a company. No question was too big or too small, and she kept everything going forward smoothly and between her and Steph at Oscar James, they both made the process seamless, even at times of slight stress!!!
I believe we have found our forever home (and I don't want to move again any time soon) but if we do ever decide to sell again, OB have customers for life and this is due to the service we have received.

Once we had decided to sell our home, within 2 hours of signing the paperwork we had our first viewing through the door. Lots of viewings later we had two offers later that week and one we accepted. It was a pretty hectic week but worth it for that secured buyer.
Once we had our buyer on board Shirelle became invaluable. A force of nature to make sure we moved as quickly as possible. After paying holding deposit I did a follow up almost every day. And they tell 3 days prior to our move in that property is not fit to move in. They had lot of time to do their formalities (more than 15 days) .Oriordan Bond made our life hell for 15 days.
Worst customer service, no one will reply to your email.
People in the office have no idea of what’s happening. Everyone speaks different, they don’t have communication amongst themselves. No idea what do they do.
Unfortunately I checked the reviews only after paying holding deposit.

Without going into detail and slagging this estate agents off publicly I would avoid at all costs. Sales department seem very helpful and knowledgeable but the lettings side are in a world of their own. Luckily we don't have to let through them.... the viewings and communication were appalling. Shame as used to be a reputable company.

If you are a tenant, avoid them at all costs. They have several times made requests that contradicted my tenancy agreement and current law. I was forced to get independent legal advice since they misinformed me of the law so persistently. They will only stop to harass you when they understand that you are aware of your legal rights.
We have served notice to move somewhere else nearby. Yes, we go through the hassle of moving just to not have to deal with this agency anymore. They are ridiculous. If you are a landlord, you should probably avoid them at all costs as well.

The worst estate agents i have ever encountered, they tell lies...they send misleading and untrue emails..they never returned my calls, they said they would call me and didn't...they cancelled viewings with 5 minutes notice although i had travelled 30 miles to see a house...they then put a sold board on it, but then said it was still for sale ...in my view a bunch of illiterate and inadequate misfits masquerading as professional estate agents..anyone reading this should go to Jackson Grundy, in fact go anywhere but through their door
