I have had the most wonderful experience from both Claire and Chelsea in regards to my rental.
From my first meeting with Claire I felt that she had my interests at heart, and she had my home advertised , viewed and a tenant agreed in 5 days. Chelsea then helped with lots of e mails keeping me informed of the progress and answered any questions I had in an extremely timely manner. As a first time land lord they made this the most simple experience for me. Thank you.

Matthew was there all through the journey as it took so long for the sale to be completed. Steph was positive and always there to provide updates, and Kirsty worked hard with the chain to pull the sale through. Fantastic team. Will recommend over and over again.

Moving to a new place can be nerve-racking, especially without having a place lined up. Chelsea looking after me, and just before Christmas we had it done by the first week of January.

Absolutely brilliant experience throughout! Steph was amazing. She kept us updated the whole time, responded to questions really quickly, arranged viewings really quickly and communicated with us and the vendors all the way through. She was lovely to deal with and made the whole process feel easy and under control.
This move has happened at quite a difficult time for us and dealing with Steph has just taken so much of the stress out of it - she's been a real blessing. If this is standard for O'Riordan Bond then I can't recommend them highly enough!!

She is a amazing lady who is passionate about the job, caring, considerate and really does go the extra mile for her client's. Always on the end of the phone even on her day off!
