A Connolly
Represented a non-residemt landlord who felt the UK rules didn't apply to him, and then provided false testimony once I left to try and support the landlord's claim to my deposit which he had only put in a deposit scheme six months after I moved in.
Also admitted on my viewing if he thought he could get away with charging prospective tenants for viewings he would.
If you're a tenant looking for a property then I would avoid!

With many estate agents in Kingswood it was a big decision to choose just one. We decided to go with Oak Estate Agents in Kingswood as we liked that they were a smaller company and liked their honesty and personal touch with house selling. We were not disappointed at all , both Dan and Mark were brilliant and sorted any issues out and made the whole process less stressful. We liked the fact that at any time it was either Mark or Dan who answered the phone rather than the bigger agents who have numerous staff.
Would recommend them 100% to anyone wishing to sell there homes.

Recently we have sold home with Oak estate Agents. This is first time we have sold home but it went preaty good. Viewings of our home were done professionally. Whole sell took 14 weeks but we had very picky buyer checking evrry little thing on our house.
I think Daniel and Mark handled sale very proffessional and they went extra mile explaining client various queries.
I would reccommend them for someone who sells.

I have used Oak estate agents twice. Once for the sale of my shared ownership home. The second time for a sale and purchase. I used Oak as I felt really happy with the service I received both times. I felt that they leave out all the waffle that some estate agents bore you to death with. I felt both times that they achieved the best price for my property both times. I had a fixed price both times. I felt confident that they had my best interests in mind. Oak were supportive and knowledgeable during whole process when I had questions which helped to reduce the stress involved in selling and buying. I would definitely recommend and it would be my first choice if I was to move again.

DO NOT BUY THE BETHEL ROAD PROPERTIES
We had an offer accepted, our mortgage went through and we then got in touch with a solicitors firm. Unfortunately from there it went pear-shaped. We were left waiting for 2 months (bearing in mind the normal time estimation is 8-12 weeks), we chased our solicitors only to find out that the seller hadn’t sent the documents over to his solicitors. Later on we were told by the estate agents that the seller hadn’t even filled out the paper applications for the documents his solicitors needed. He has had over 2 months to do this.
We were told this would be a quick process as both of us were chain free, instead we have wasted over 8 weeks of our time and £500 on valuations and solicitor fees.
After pulling out of the sale we even had to chase our confirmation letter (on 28th aug) which apparently the estate agents had already sent - we have just received this and it’s dated 3rd September.
Very disappointed.
Also please we aware that the house on Bethel Road has no space for a fridge in the kitchen.. courtesy to the wonderful planning skills of the seller.
