C J Hole were very professional, with Adam taking the valuation appointment, (even singing along with my mobile when it rang).
Making the whole process run smoothly, we were kept up to date with the sale, it was easy to contact someone, and as well as being helpful to speak to they were also very down to earth, just what you need from an Agent.

We had a positive house buying experience using CJ Hole, Kingswood. We described the style of house we wanted and they advised that they had just the one that was due to come back onto the market and we could view it. They were right, we loved said house and now very happily living in that house.
The purchase was a little long, due to a few unforeseen conveyancing issues, but CJ Hole rep 'Kerry' was always a phone call or email away and readily leaned in to assist in the conveyancing part of the transaction to try and speed the purchase up by working with both sets of solicitors and providing updates.
Many thanks for our lovely house purchase and I would recommend CJ Hole, Kingswood branch.

I have had a wonderful experience with CJ Hole and have just had my offer accepted on a house thanks to them! Lindsay was/is absolutely amazing, so friendly, honest and generally the exact type of agent you would hope for going to viewings, I have had some not great experiences elsewhere, so she was a complete breath of fresh air and just a really lovely person! You can tell they are a great branch, as having dealt with Eva and Adam, who are both equally as friendly and helpful to speak to, the whole experience has been pain free, I didn't feel hassled, patronised, or stressed through the process of viewing and offering! Would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling and when I move, would come to them no questions asked :) thank you all so much xx

One of the easiest and stressless house sales we have ever experienced. Adam was amazing on the valuation appointment.
Having a dedicated accounts manger really makes a difference.
We were kept up to date by Kerry who I think is an angel, who made everything run extra smooth.

CJ hole helped us get our dream first home!
Kerry and her team was always available and dealt well with all my nagging and chasing promptly and efficiently, helping me chase the seller and his solicitor.
With their help we managed to complete in 8 weeks and they helped us view the house 3 times in total and once before exchange.
If you guys can come and take your for sale sign would be great ????, we done taking selfies with it.

It took us over 12 months to sell our house, first 3 months were a waste with another agent. The rest with CJ Hole went much better. They always had viewings through the door and managed to sell the house multiple times however the chain fell through.
Team were proactive and helpful in all cases.
