This letting agent does not care about the other houses in the street allowing for tenants with underaged children to be drunk and abuse locals. Police had to get involved to go round to talk to the tentants as they have been disturbing us from even across the small patch of grass... Read more

Lets a house in a quiet close to a known noisy family by him ....then doesnt care about the owners property or how much distress the family causes to the local families. Months of noise and abuse from this family and he just doesnt care !... Read more

I used Oxlets to rent out a property in Witney and I cannot recommend Steve enough. I don't normally write reviews, but he dealt with issues that arose quickly and efficiently and also has many companies that he can contact on your behalf to remedy any issues. We have rented through Oxlets for just over a year and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone within the area. Steve managed our property, which was in excellent condition. He was always on hand to help with any questions big or small throughout our tenancy. I was a tenant at a property Steve/OXLets managed for 3 years. The entire tenancy, from initial viewing to emails informing clients of any changes to opening hours for holidays, managing day to day issues at the property and everything else I could have asked for, were handled highly professionally and promptly (including coming to let me in when I managed to lock myself out one sunday morning). As a previous tenant, I'd highly recommend this letting agency. The house was immaculate when we moved in, and our agent, Steve, dealt with every routine problem (e.g. boiler repairs) without delay. Good value relative to competitors - no hidden fees. Painless checkout. All the qualities you'd hope for but rarely get, especially in Oxford.... Read more

Steve looks after 10 properties for me and is brilliant. 100% efficient, always gives me good advice, and has not put a foot wrong. I once had a very very difficult tenant who I had installed (Steve would not have accepted her!) and he was outstanding in managing the situation and arranging for her to leave.
