Things got off to a promising start with Andrews, and initially communication was good for the first few weeks. However, interest in my flat did drop off quite quickly (with no viewings arranged for more than two months after the first couple of weeks on the market). With this, I noticed that Andrews were no longer communicating with me as much as I would have expected. It was often I that had to initiate all communication and make calls to the office to find out how things were progressing. On many occasions I couldn’t get through to the relevant sales team staff, so I had to resort to leaving messages with colleagues or sending emails. These were often not responded to.
