Martyn Cox and Company successfully sold my late father’s flat in Witney. It was a difficult market, but they were able to find a good owner/occupier buyer and achieve a reasonable price given the current market conditions. They are a smaller, independent, agent and adopt a more personal approach than I have previously experienced with some of the larger corporates. This I liked. Communication was excellent throughout. Once the offer was accepted, the follow up process was also excellent and helped enormously in smoothing difficulties when they arose. I would certainly recommend this agent and use again myself should the need arise. Thank you to Aaron, Lily, and Duncan at Martyn Cox and Company.

Myself and my partner were looking to relocate from Windsor to the West Oxfordshire area. Aaron from Martyn Cox & Co showed us around a property, we fell in love. Our offer was accepted quickly and Aaron and Lily helped ensure a speedy turnaround as our previous property had already exchanged. They kept us fully informed throughout the process, ensured slick communication between both parties. Overall they made what’s normally a stressful process super painless that made us feel at ease. Can't fault Martyn Cox and Co. I've used them when selling another house previously and went back as the service was excellent then. This time was a very drawn out and stressful sale but they we're able to keep me up to date at all times and reassure when things looked tricky. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Martyn Cox have been wonderful from start to finish. Aaron was our estate agent and I honestly can't express how supportive and kind he's been.
Throughout the whole process we were supported by the amazing Office Manager, Lily, who honestly I couldn't have gotten through the process without, she was constantly going above and beyond and was the essential cog in the whole process, communicating with all stakeholders and their solicitors, continually pushing the process on, she has been consistently attentive and diligent.
During the time of our sale and purchase we have dealt with Simon and Duncan as well, they were both keen to help and support if Aaron was unavailable.
Overall, the whole team deserve these 5 stars, they have renewed my faith in Estate Agents and I would not hesitate to both recommend and use them again.
