After being really disappointed with other agencies not meeting any of our expectations we were furtunate to meet Connels!
We have been served by Sam and Shawn and we have received great customer service and support.
Sam made as feel valued and did an amazing job in understanding all our needs in our initial phone conversation and nailed it matching our requirements for a new home! Sam have also gone out of his way to give us the keys on his day off on Sunday and answer our questions.
Also he went the extra mile to attend our need out of hours when we happened to have an emergency! Couldn't recommend Sam enough!????????

Initial staff were nice when we viewed the property. After the offer was accepted we're where the problems started.
We were told we had to use there solicitors and mortgage advisor If not it would affect the chances of us getting the house.
After I explained that it was completely illegal what they were doing I swiftly had a follow up call from the manager explaining this wasn't the case but I assure anyone that it was very much implied. Any research on the company also says this isn't the first time they have done that.

I Found Louise to extremely competent, enthusiastic in genuine way, her friendly attitude, allied with a very comprehensive knowledge was reassuring. I have dealt with many letting agents who are either unaware of the current market conditions or do not make the effort to understand prevailing conditions. In sector which is / will undertake challenges at an increased pace, Louise is real asset to any company wishing to gain/retain business, the pricing structure based on individual landlords needs, is realistic, and cut to the chase, thus avoiding the usual Moroccan market preamble.

Connells witney are absolutely amazing, they always kept me up to date with whatever cane on the market that suited me and my partner (and i can't forget the dog).
When it came round to the best property for me and my partner, they were amazing and professional all the way from viewing the property until they handed over the keys, and even after.
They were so quick with everything and was moved in 6 days after the viewing, I've said it before but Jane was amazing, so professional and helpful, always there when we needed and question answered, and Vikki was also amazing, so kind and friendly, and always on hand to answer questions ect.

Lettings manager Alex- not at the agents for appointment arranged for contract exchange and key pick up- waited for an hour to be told the landlord had not signed the contract and lived overseas (no communication prior to exchange day to advise)
Told he should sign in next 1 hour - all my furniture on it’s way from Leeds to Oxford - received a call that lunchtime to say Landlord had pulled out of letting his property - advised my holding deposit would be paid back 25 Oct...... it’s now Nov 5 and cannot get any e mail reply from Alex and my calls not returned. Every phone call to the office was batted off, eventually went through to the head finance office who can still not get a release code for my deposit- please be wary of using this estate agents unless you like being frustrated and batted off quicker than an Olympic ping pong player!!

Absolutely wonderful letting agents with a good work ethic. We really struggled in the past and unfortunately had a bad view of agents due to the issues we’ve had previously to the point we where considering selling!However, Alexandra has turned this around and has restored our view. She has been pro active and helped us immediately, got everything organised, called back and actioned our points when she said she would and then even came out to our property. Can't recommend this friendly, professional and efficient team enough! They have been outstanding every step of the way with our recent property search and purchase of our first home. They kept us up to date and informed during the whole process and we were always received in a friendly manner when we visited the branch or over the phone. Being first time buyers can be very daunting process but we were put at ease and if we were unsure about anything the team would go out of their way to explain things to us to us before proceeding. We also used the mortgage services that Connells offer , dealing with Josh the mortgage adviser who advised us on the Help to Buy schemes and other options that were available to us. Also a special thank you to Victoria who went above and beyond. We would highly recommend Connells Witney to anyone! Thank you!

Extremely helpful and friendly team.
Max sold our property recently and from start to finish was incredible. He was straight and honest all through the process and responded to any queries urgently not leaving us out of the loop. We also used connells mortgage service, josh again couldn’t do more for us keeping us up to date on our application and getting us the best deal possible. A real one stop shop you can trust. Will recommend them to anybody selling a property.

The most unprofessional agency ever...
Completely disgraceful and disrespectful, Miss Alicia is always on the other line...it must be some kind of addictive drug because she does not let it go...and her colleagues must be craving for it as well they constantly hang up the phone on my face. House issues never got sorted, requested to change the date we would pay the rent 3 or 4 months before we left the house, never got sorted and every month they would annoy us that we are late, we left the house 2 months ago and our deposit it's still not sorted. Avoid this agency!
