It is a very good sign to me that since Rampton Basely came onto the scene, the same standards and team seem to have remained. What did I like about the service? · Their human approach · The fact that, when I rang in, the whole team knew who I was, and there was no "which property " preamble · The fact that they were very well informed about the flat when it came to follow on renters. · The fact that when I rang in and if I had to wait, there was some decent music to listen to. We have had a number of tenant changes all of which have been handled quickly and efficiently. Whenever we have needed work doing a thorough process of tender and options has been presented to us to enable us to make our decision. I have been doing business with Rampton Bayseley since they started, and know many of their staff, whose excellent service goes much, much futher back in time. I have never had cause for complaint, as every question asked, or situation that arrises, is dealt with quickly and effectively by any number of thier experienced team, almost always on the same day. I would not hesitate to recomend them to prospective Tenants or Landlords, as, in my opinion, they are second to none in the lettings market.
