    I walked down Northcote Road on a Saturday afternoon, popping in and out of many estate agents and only one person bothered to register my details, listen to my requirements and book me out on a viewing. Amanda really understood my search and took me out the same day to view 4 different properties. However, I was unable to make my decision as my boyfriend hadn't seen the properties. Without giving it a second thought, she suggested we view the following day (Sunday) even though it was her day off. By Monday, we had made an offer where she negotiated the best price for us and it was agreed by late afternoon! I am extremely impressed by the level of customer care that was offered by not only Amanda but also Beth who is the Lettings Administrator. The pair made the process of renting an enjoyable experience and we were able to secure the property in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend KFH to my family members and colleagues.

    Amanda was terrific - never have I had an estate agent try and match landlords and tenants so conscientiously, nor lay down to approximate the size of a piece of furniture. Thanks!
