She made us feel right at home during visits to the office. She helped us negotiate a very favourable deal on our flat and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Beth was extremely helpful during the back and forth of executing our deposits/tenancy agreement/etc. I spoke with her several times over the phone and she was more than happy to help. I would always recommend the Northcote office of KFH and would recommend Amanda and Beth in particular.

Thanks to Theo Allport and the team at KFH Northcote road for all their help with our search. Theo tirelessly helped us search well beyond our original search area and was able to help guide us through the buying process as first time buyers. We interacted with a lot of other agents and saw many properties before finding he right one, and Theo stood out in terms of his understanding of what we were looking for. Every property we saw with Theo was clearly well considered and Theo was able to accommodate viewings for us at times that worked for us. Thanks for all your help!

Amanda Plummer is by far THE best letting agent I have used. She was so on the ball and really listened to what we wanted. She managed to get us into a property which wasn't even on the market (she knew we would fall in love)..of course we did and manage to get the property we loved! - after looking for a few month... to be honest we were very picky! KFH's processes' were quick and Amanda was super efficient, keeping in contact with us right the way through..even sending us a good luck with our move message.
