As a landlord, I thought KFH's letting service was very good, supportive and always gave me confidence I was in good hands. Carl was very professional, his judgement was sound and he kept me informed. I particularly appreciated his efforts to fight me corner and do the best he could. He was ably supported by Zoe who was very helpful and responsive.

Very good service. Despite a little hounding from several of their agents to begin with (like all estate agents) we found the overall experience to be very easy and pleasant. We unfortunately didn't find a property with KFH due to another agent having the exact thing we were looking for but nonetheless I would have no hesitation in contacting KFH in the future, specifically Amanda.

I’ve recently signed a tenancy contract and my experience of KFH Islington so far was of a very strong professional services: transparent, easy to use and very responsive. I found a perfect property, but was not able to arrange viewing quickly as I am not living in London. Esme Griffiths arranged a well-managed video viewing on a short notice and very quickly clarified all my concerns, which allowed me to make a successful offer.
