No idea why these guys are rated at 4.9 given the sheer indifference and incompetence they’ve demonstrated over the past 3 months of my tenancy. Heavily biased towards landlords and unconcerned with tenants. Be prepared to repeat yourself dozens of times to dozens of different people across this tiny office. Have a question about Property Management? Good luck with locating anyone competent enough to help. This place doesn’t deserve anywhere near a 4.9. Avoid if you can.

Fantastic overall service, thanks to Daisy and Max. House buying quickly loses its sheen (especially after seeing 25+ properties), but Daisy was a cut above: friendly, sincere, reliable, efficient. She listened to what we were looking for, made sure we only viewed what met most of those requirements, and was refreshingly candid in her advice. And during the negotiation stage, Max was a pleasure to deal with - I think he got a good price for both vendor & buyer, while maintaining a sense of humour and coming across as someone who genuinely wanted to help. Definitely someone you'd go for a beer with. The rest of the KFH process was as you'd expect from a leading firm: easy, quick, professional. Thank you for restoring my faith in SW London estate/letting agents!
