We have recently sold our property with KFH, I have had a very bad experience with KFH in past in the Earlsfield office but heard good things about Northcote Road branch. Anyway I met Tim and he came up with a great valuation, and knew that he had to sell the property in 4 days or we would lose the other property and would not continue. When i thought all hope was gone Tim called and said Phillipa had sold it for asking price. BREXIT!! Tim called and advised the American buyers had pulled out on the day of exchange and he would get it sold again. I had no confidence. The people we were buying from gave us two weeks. Again when we were sure this was not going to happen Mark sold it and got the deal through in 28 days!! This kept everyone happy. There are standout members of the team, but we had the whole team around to our house before they started marketing it, and there is one thing for sure, you are dealing with a team that work for each other. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Carl Homersham from the Northcote Road office has been so helpful and efficient during this process. We re let our property through the summer holidays, and while I was at home with 3 children, he went beyond the call of duty in order to help me as I couldn't get to London. He was efficient, patient and totally professional. The office are highly organised and incredibly good at what they do.

Great Experience and would highly recommend. I chose KFH to sell my West Hampstead flat and from the first communication and meeting I had with David the process was smooth and professional, throughout the selling process the communication was good and I felt well looked after. My main contact, Dillen, was reachable whenever I had a query or needed advice. Although the process of selling/buying anywhere is, in most cases, a complicated one during the time I dealt with Dillen at KFH I felt that we were in good hands, we were regularly updated of the progress and he went above and beyond to ensure that not only our sale went smoothly but also our onward purchase. I would highly recommend Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.

I'm a landlord and I've had great service from the entire team from the beginning to the very end of the process of letting out my flat. They found a tenant quickly and their administrator, Rebecca, was quick to respond and very efficient when dealing with all the mundane matters of ASTs, check-out, check-in etc. Will definitely use them again.
