Michael Stoker at KFH was an absolute godsend when it came to my flat purchase. The actual conveyancing process was extremely painful, but he kept everything moving forward as efficiently as possible and kept all parties hopeful and positive! The fact that my purchase went through was almost definitely down to his efforts, so hats off to him.

I have worked with the KFH letting team for over ten years. Most recently Carl and Lucy took care of re-renting a house I own in SW11. They came up with a range of potential tenants and we completed very quickly at a premium to the advertised guide rental.
Carl and Lucy were professional and courteous and I would highly recommend their services.

I recently sold my property on Elspeth Road and had a very good experience with KFH. Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process and didn't allow the fact that one sale fell through to discourage him or me. He was very clear with his pricing recommendations and clearly showed that he understood the local market.

Selling a property is always stressful with some bumps in the road but the team at KFH, particularly Michael, made it as calm as possible, helped to keep things moving and were really considerate of the fact I also had a new baby. I would definitely recommend the them to future sellers/buyers.
