We had been tenants with Palace Gate Balham for nearly six years before recently moving to a new place. In that time we were looked after really well. Any queries or maintenance issues we raised were dealt with efficiently and professionally in particularly by Steve Coyle who knows his stuff and also thanks to Hollie for handling our end of tenancy and for Niall who kept us informed when showing new people around the flat.
