Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. Latest Reviews for Parkheath - Kensal Rise

We were very happy with the service Kaan provided when selling our flat in a difficult market (post Brexit). He was always friendly, positive, realistic and above all trustworthy. We can't recommend Park Heath highly enough.

Park Heath were brilliant to work with for the sale and purchase of our flat. Kaan was friendly, approachable, infinitely helpful and courteous throughout the process - we were kept up to date with all the latest information, and we felt very well taken care-of. He supported us with useful advice and great knowledge along every step of the way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Park Heath to anyone looking to sell their property, and to those who are in the process of finding somewhere new to buy in the area.

Parkheath could not have been better or more helpful agents for the sale of our two bed flat in Queens Park. They got our property into local newspapers as the 'hottest properties' available to buy that week. We had a number of viewings lined up for the moment it came on the market. Sales Manager Kaan Koseoglu had reassuring local knowlege and always got back to us with interesting feedback from viewings. We were able to accept a great offer within a week and minus any hassle. He also came to the rescue when we locked ourselves out of our flat on a weekend and let us back in with his spare set of keys! We loved them!

Parkheath sold our flat in Queens Park in December 2016. It had been on the market for quite a few months with other agents. Kaan used the Parkheath network to bring in a cash buyer who was well known to another branch. He was professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

Other Parkheath Group Reviews

Parkheath have no time or patience for lettings and if they do not manage a property they will absolve themselves of any responsibility whatsoever to their tenants. It is shocking how they repeatedly and persistently ignore the most serious of issues, such as deposits and protection of this. Their staff cannot seem to hide their disinterest in doing the most basic of jobs, instead choosing to plead ignorance and ignore their tenants entirely. Parkheath is a shambles and their staff are incompetent to say the least. Any individuals considering renting a property through Parkheath should be very wary of working with them - and that is probably a gross understatement.

Parkheath - West & South Hampstead

Third Party Review - this review has not been verified by GetAgent.

Upon my arrival to London, I contacted several agencies and Parkheath was by far the most friendly, efficient and trustworthy. They offer a great selection of properties, and after selecting my property, all the paperwork/arrangements went very smoothly, quickly and in a transparent fashion. I definitely recommend Parkheath to people that are looking for a trustworthy and efficient agency (with very friendly staff), as it makes flat-searching in London so much less stressful.
