He supported us with useful advice and great knowledge along every step of the way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Park Heath to anyone looking to sell their property, and to those who are in the process of finding somewhere new to buy in the area.

Parkheath could not have been better or more helpful agents for the sale of our two bed flat in Queens Park. They got our property into local newspapers as the 'hottest properties' available to buy that week. We had a number of viewings lined up for the moment it came on the market. Sales Manager Kaan Koseoglu had reassuring local knowlege and always got back to us with interesting feedback from viewings. We were able to accept a great offer within a week and minus any hassle. He also came to the rescue when we locked ourselves out of our flat on a weekend and let us back in with his spare set of keys! We loved them!

Parkheath sold our flat in Queens Park in December 2016. It had been on the market for quite a few months with other agents. Kaan used the Parkheath network to bring in a cash buyer who was well known to another branch. He was professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.
