Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2017.

Latest Reviews for Parkheath - Kensal Rise

Parkheath could not have been better or more helpful agents for the sale of our two bed flat in Queens Park. They got our property into local newspapers as the 'hottest properties' available to buy that week. We had a number of viewings lined up for the moment it came on the market. Sales Manager Kaan Koseoglu had reassuring local knowlege and always got back to us with interesting feedback from viewings. We were able to accept a great offer within a week and minus any hassle. He also came to the rescue when we locked ourselves out of our flat on a weekend and let us back in with his spare set of keys! We loved them!

Parkheath sold our flat in Queens Park in December 2016. It had been on the market for quite a few months with other agents. Kaan used the Parkheath network to bring in a cash buyer who was well known to another branch. He was professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

Parkheath sold my property in Queens Park in December 2016, managing to achieve a sale price well above the average Gbp/SqFt of the area. Kaan and his team were very professional and easy to work with right from the first meeting through to sale completion. They were amenable to my requests and realistic when advising on the practicalities of the sale process.

Outstanding estate agent for Kensal Rise & the Avenues W10. Kaan & the team have extensive local knowledge, great marketing & communication & are excellent negotiators. A class act! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are selling a property in the area.

Worst property management services ever. Think twice if the property you want to rent is managed through this agency. And be prepared to call a lawyer. If your flat has an issue they will loop you in endless conversations without any intention of helping you. Our flat has bugs and I am trying to get them to do a proper pest control however because the bugs are a few they don't believe something must be done. As long as they keep every penny safe for the landlords your issues aren't a problem for them.

Parkheath - West & South Hampstead

Worst Letting Agent Ever. We moved in to a new flat with the following problems: 1. Rusty dishwasher and washing machine 2. Cracked window (it wasn't cracked during viewing) 3. Bedroom was full of ladybirds 4. Part of the agreement was to remove the bed but it was still there when we moved in. After 5 days, they have done nothing. They don't respect our money as they said "The crack on the window is minimal". In addition, there wasn't a single point of contact for these problems.

    Parkheath

Fantastic service all round from ParkHeath in West Hampsted. Nicole really made us feel comfortable, listened, took our requirements into account and didn't exceed the budget parameters set. Refreshing to have some that listens and doesn't waste our time viewing unsuitable properties. From our initial conversation Nicole gathered three properties best suited, was clear and transparent, followed through on all her commitments agreed between us and the landlord, and arranged for us to visit the property again before we moved in to insure all the work we wanted done had been completed. During our previous moves we have had really poor experiences with Letting Agents and were initially on edge in trying to find a new home. Would without hesitation recommend and use ParkHeath again. Least stressful move ever. All the best, Diarmuid & Jon
