We bought our Kensal Green flat in 2012 via Mile and then we sold with them in 2023. In both cases they were excellent and we felt very looked after. Kyle ran our sale and was a great source of advice throughout, including a cumbersome leasehold conveyancing process. Highly recommended.

My landlord used this agency for our lease/contract and when the landlord broke that contract in multiple ways Mile Estates were silent and the issues needlessly dragged on. I've bought a property now and will not be using them in the future.

I switched to Mile to find tenants for my 2 bed mews house because they are a small independent estate agents who I hoped would give me a more personal service. I was delighted. They were quick and efficient, and found me exactly the right tenants at a good rent. Charlie Ruff and Soroush Nezamabad were friendly and eased my anxieties and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

Professional, kind and knowledgeable, Charlie really listened to what we were looking for and showed us properties that met our needs. He did such a good job that we fell in love with the second property and just exchanged yesterday!
