We have owned a flat in West Hampstead for over twenty years and Parkheath have been most efficient in finding suitable tenants.
We have just sold the flat, again with Parkheath. It has been a protracted and complicated process but a successful one. In the last few weeks our agent, Jason Laanda, has been especially good and helpful at keeping communications going between buyer and seller and smoothing out last-minute difficulties.
I can highly recommend Parkheath for their general professionalism and in particular Jason for his customer care.

We had a fantastic experience working with the Parkheath team having recently sold our flat in West Hampstead. We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local.
Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

A big shout out to Steven Constanti for always being so helpful & patient, especially trying to navigate rules & regs. He is very knowledgeable & a pleasure to deal with.
There are plenty of others at Parkheath who continue to make it my agent of choice in NW London - Joel, Shaina, Pam & Tracy to name a few.
More than makes up for the one person there who was incredibly unhelpful & far too busy to help a long standing client .

I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!
