This is a very belated review but until September, I was renting a flat with Warwick for 3 years. I could not recommend them highly enough. Responsive and professional, Nicole was a pleasure to deal with. I rated Warwick so highly that when I decided to move on and purchase a property, they were my first port of call.

It has been a real pleasure looking for a flat to rent with Nicole. Warwick Estate Agents has a wonderful choice of nice flats in Queens Park and I had the opportunity to visit as much as I could in a day. I found exactly what I wanted . Nicole understood perfectly my tastes and what I was looking for. She was very efficient organising different appointments so that I did not loose my time . I strongly recommend to my friends if you look for something in that lovely area.

I could not recommend Warwick enough. The team of Nicole, Lucia & Richard are beyond amazing. I have worked with them for several years as both a landlord and a tenant and their services are unparalleled. I have also worked with larger agencies who only want your money. This is not the case with Warwick. They truly care and I feel safe in their hands always. I could not recommend them more

As a leaseholder be prepared for a ridiculous service charge statement with unfair charged (included items which do no exist within the property). No resolution will ever be made as property managers leave every couple months (there will be no contact). Complaints will not be dealt with as again they can not retain staff. Overall the worst company I’ve dealt with.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS. It is no exaggeration to say that these cowboys have made my life a living hell for the past few years. They manage my building and I have no control over this decision or I would have fired them. They are negligent, irresponsible, and have consistently mismanaged major works (to give an example, my windows were removed from my property for several months without my consent - and without even letting me know this would happen!! in the middle of winter!!). They are impossible to get in touch with. Emails go unanswered for months at a time, it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone, and I have wasted literally days of my life on their effing webchat. If you have any choice, do NOT employ this company.

1 star is generous. Multiple issues in my apartment they ignore and this has been going on for months and month. Send emails chasing them and don’t get anything back. Only time you hear from them is when they’re chasing payments

I was looking for an independent estate agents to sell my property. I wanted to ensure the person I used was someone that I felt comfortable with while going through the daunting process of selling and buying in a chain during a global pandemic! I was recommended Warwick Estate Agents and from the initial conversation with Richard Lehrer I felt completely at ease and able to discuss my worries and concerns without judgement. I am a worrier and I had a lot of anxiety around selling my home of 23 years, my first home and had no idea how the process of being in a chain worked. The photographer that Richard sent to take the photographs of the property was great. The photos really brought out the best aspects of the property and this generated a huge amount of interest. In the first 2 weeks of having the property online, we got loads of viewings and three offers in the first week! Once I had accepted an offer, Richard helped guide me the whole way through the process both for my sale but also on my onward purchase. Due to the pandemic, people working from home and the rush brought on by the stamp duty holiday, getting all solicitors in the chain to work at a pace I wanted was impossible. This caused me a lot of stress and anxiety but thankfully anytime I had a wobble, Richard was at the end of the phone and helped me to get things into perspective. I had underestimated the emotions that would be involved in the process! I am so glad that I chose Richard at Warwicks as I really feel I could not have got through the process without his calm, experienced and professional manner. I am now happily in my new home and wanted to thank Richard and the team in the office (Lucia and Nicole) for always being available and responsive to my needs. Highly recommended

Went on a viewing with them. I literally do not understand what happened. The agent didnt say hello (or goodbye) to me, in fact he barely acknowledged i existed. He shook my boyfriends hand and spoke mostly to him when he wasnt talking with his back turned to us.
Before we even got into the flat he started talking (apparently to no one) about how it looked much worse in real life than the pictures we had been sent and then flipped and immediately started bragging he had 20 people coming to look round it the next day and then saying he didnt even want to do the viewing because he's usually on sales.
I left beyond confused but sure that I wouldn't be taking the flat on account of never wanting to meet him again. Genuinely astounding experience which is saying something because the London rental market is a buffet of insanity and incompetence at the best of times.

The kindest estate agency I have ever worked with. When I came to London with my friend we have started cooperating with Warwicks and the quality of their service is excellent. If there was a problem with our flat, Nicolle or Richard would organise everything for us. I would recommend this estate agency to everyone who is looking for rent or want to buy a property.

We have an ongoing lack of co-operation by Warwick to take down signs at properties in our local area. Their lack of co-operation causes degradation of our lical envirinment. Their inability to co-operate shows they dont give a mobkees about local people and what their street looks like so long as they get their free advertising at the expense of what the area looks like. Nb all other estate agents have co- operated Warwick so far have not .

If I could this company a 0 star rating I would. I had a viewing booked for 3 properties, which had already been postponed on one occasion, and the estate agent never turned up. I'd had a confirmation of the viewing in the morning and I spent 30 mins trying to contact the office while waiting for them to turn up - all on a day where the temperature was 2 degrees and freezing! I emailed Richard, who I'd been dealing with, to share my frustration that he'd wasted my time and I never received an apology or even a response. Absolutely appalling service.

Avoid as far as you can deal with this Estate Agents. They are rude and useless. You may expect that they will help you to deal with your Landlord, I was so wrong.
The best thing to move from our previous flat was stop dealing with this company. They even lost our Landlord as a client, he move the flat to other Estate Agent.
*Update: After calling me to pressure me to remove the review they decided to leave a "Response from the owner" stating they never dealt with someone with my name... Well I have a letting contract with Warwick Estate Agents paperhead that proves the oposite. They were really quick to find my phone number to give me a call.
They seems to be buying positive reviews for the last few years. Be careful with this people.

Hands - down the best estate agents I have worked with thus far. I got my first job in London and I was really not sure on where to live. I contacted Warwicks about a 2 bed flat for myself and my friend to rent. From the moment we moved in till the end of our contract, we were treated extremely well. If there was ever a problem with the flat, Nicole would organise a contractor to come straight away on the same time to resolve the matter. I couldn't ask for more in a renting situation and if I ever happen to rent in the NW area again, Nicole and Richard would be my first point of contact.

The whole Warwick Estate Agents team were very professional and very helpful on many occasions I needed their services and so I heard the same from everyone I have recommended them in the past. There is no non sense with any of them and specially with Richard who was very straight forward, polite and generously always sharing his extensive knowledge in the house market. They can communicate in more than just one language and are always prepared to go miles to find what you need to buy, rent or sell. I greatly recommend their services.
