   They fleece you of more money than they should from your deposit and take months to return it. On top of this, they take no accountability for issues they are meant to deal with during tenancy.    We met Alexandra when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. We were incredibly lucky that she also arranged our purchase as well. House buying can be incredibly stressful, especially when you have to chase people down for answers and responses, Alexandra managed all this beautifully and made the process much easier than it should have been.
