Nisha has been fantastic. I’ve let out my property for the first time and she’s been super helpful from start to finish. She has kept me up to date through out it all, always returning my calls straight away. Thank you Nisha for being so polite and professional! Would recommend her services to everyone :-)
In my opinion, they have terrible service, A certain member of staff is stuck up and believes a phone call is the same as written notice and has made it clear that I need to stick to the tenancy agreement, but them and the landlord don't have to. They are not set up to take over an existing tenancy and so have used a generic tenancy agreement which mostly does not apply due to us having already been living in the property before using Your Move. younger members of staff expect you to call back when they leave a message and then never call back when you call back and have to leave a message. The 1 star is only because of the manager who said we could have a hard copy of the tenancy agreement, unfortunately the younger staff forced us to read and sign electronically, she is also understanding of circumstances. There have been issues regarding when the rent was meant to be paid due to us having no written notice of a rent increase and our original 4 weekly rent being due a few days before the new tenancy commenced, therefore we paid the old rate on the date it was due then Your Move expected us to also pay the new rate for the same rental period despite having no payment methods for them, this was eventually rectified after 2 messages on the portal. All maintenance was reported straight away but Your Move ignored it, a couple of months later when I said I would speak to the council, they may be fine for buying and selling, but avoid them for letting/renting if possible, they also have extortionate fees but we were lucky as being in the property already meant these were waived.
We just sold a house in Canley, Coventry, with Envisage. Service and support was very good throughout the process, from the initial contact through to valuation, marketing and completion. Sale was completed in just over six weeks with no complications or delays. Excellent service from Pete and Rita, and from our experience we would highly recommend Envisage.
Awful experience. Rented Sept '16- June '17 and had the worst time.
Severe mould appeared in every room and when I rang up in an emergency as water was dripping through my ceiling BY MY LIGHT, I was asked to send an email in with the issue. When they came round to inspect the property, I was constantly told that they couldn't do anything without the landlord approving it, and that our landlord was being very difficult. As an agency, it is their issue to deal with this, not continually fob me off when I complained about these issues, none of which got resolved or even ATTEMPTED to resolve. To add insult to the injury, Envisage then took half of my deposit away with no explanation. By this point, the house was covered in mould on almost all walls, wallpaper was peeling off the walls and ceiling in my room from the water and when the agents came to collect the keys and complete the inventory, they told me the house, considering the condition, was the cleanest out of all the properties they'd seen so far! Yet Envisage are ignoring all my emails and phone calls asking them to provide a breakdown as to why half my deposit has been taken.
An absolutely ridiculous company and incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT RENT WITH
(The pictures attached were sent to the agency in February. The fact that I was living in this room and they still took money from my deposit is astonishing)
Whilst I wasn’t a customer of Bairstow Eves, the Radford branch was heavily involved in the chain leading up to my sale. Communication was excellent, and it was always helpful to speak to Ashleigh and Gemma. I have to say that Ashleigh was outstanding. At a point when things had reached a complicated standstill, Ashleigh went over and above what could be expected to ensure the sale completed.
Looking to buy a property via a sealed bid. The estate agents passed misinformation and describ d terms that resulted in a uneven playing field in the bids. If I didn,t know better you could suggest foul play. Certainly wouldn't look to them for my next purchase.
Purchased through this agents. Good communication and helped the sale go through. Ironed out any lack of communication between all parties. Would recommend.
We have recently purchased a property through Horton & Storey Estate Agents. They have been very helpful and professional at all times right from the Viewing to the Completion Date and beyond. They have always been very reliable and quick to answer any queries. They made sure that any clarifications sought are properly addressed by the seller and their solicitors. They have shown a great deal of personal care and interest in achieving the committed dates and always shared communications at key stages of the purchase. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone looking to buy/sell a property. Huge thanks once again to Justyn and Tom.
Couldn't have been more helpful! The professionalism, knowledge and service from the sales team was brilliant.
They gave us excellent advice on selling our house as well as on purchasing a new property - which was not through them!
Would recommend using them again very highly.
We wouldn’t use them again, they didn’t have enough experience to sell our house this time
