It was great support and help from Entire John Payne team to purchase of new house in Coventry. Specially Melanie Ryan has helped a lot to complete this purchase as it wasn’t easy job being in chain. She went above and beyond to make this happen. It took longer than expected but she managed to get through. Thank you so much for help.

I was very lucky to start my renting experience (life) in the UK with John Payne Estate Agents. All staff I dealt with (Mark, Jodie, Justine, Angela, Natasha, Tom) are very polite, responsive, supportive and honest/trustworthy. The agency is properly licensed and has extensive processes established (that are followed) to ensure legal and fair treatment of all involved in transactions and property maintenance. I am now on my second rented property with John Payne and I will remain with John Payne as long as I live in Coventry/UK. Thank you everyone for making my life peaceful and happy ????????

Overall i am very pleased. Communication could have been slightly better following viewings even when feedback was not forthcoming or negative, but to know that at least then you weren’t left wondering . Since an offer has come through and now having a designated person to support the process from then on, communication has been excellent. The lady designated to support the process following the offer has been extremely helpful
