DO NOT!!!! RENT!!!! THROUGH LOVEPROPERTY!!!!
Outrageously poor service and neglect throughout our 16 month tenancy with a baby. Ignored emails re repairs they were liable for months, tried to take money from our deposit for faults of their own. Left litter in our house when we moved in, rather than removing it they PUT PHOTOS ON THE INVENTORY!? Poor customer service, slow replies, no urgency, terrible attitudes from all staff I spoke to. Their priorities well and truly lie with useless landlords who do not meet law-required deadlines for repairs. Outrageously terrible agent. Would strongly advise everyone looking to rent to stay away from love property unless you fancy doing everything yourself and going months without access to garage/ washing machine and live broken fences allowing neighbours dogs to potty in your garden (with a baby). Truly hope everyone working here has a reality check similar at some point because it was truly a disgusting experience. Worst 16 months of my life.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I admire your company. You are such an incredible team of people—it’s clear that you don’t just run a business, you genuinely care about others, and that really sets you apart.
I would often see Pete from a distance walking their beautiful family dog in bentley heath park, always with a smile and such a cheerful, positive presence. Kerry, you are so warm, kind, and friendly—it really shines through.
Although I didn’t get the chance to meet the rest of the team in person, following your stories on social media makes it obvious that you are truly one of the best estate agents in the business.

I have recently purchased a property marketed by Love Property. From the viewing to the office communication and support along the legal side of the purchase I can say that I received excellent communication. The staff are always friendly and supportive. The icing on the cake was the key collection, when we were also presented with a new home card and a box of beautiful chocolates locally made in knowle.

I cant comprehend what ive just seen one of the landlords lucy as the male was calling her that she was following him shouting at him over a dispute no one can understand as she was moving in a very flamboyant threatening behaviour towards the public following him to the point the male was shouting for to get away from her…as a person who was going to walk into love property for advice i would not recommend this place!
Not to mention being told by bystanders that the woman is the local racist!

Horrendous company, the whole process is drawn out, left with no communication for days on end. Then I get a call to say because I’m self employed that can’t verify my income, but apparently because I ticked an incorrect option (for employed) we forfeit our deposit. Please read this carefully, a young couple with not a lot, now lost over £200 for a “typo”. Please avoid.
